The apartment hosted by Denis was a welcoming surprise: very spacious and impeccably clean. The bedrooms are large and nicely decorated. Beds were as comfortable as can be. The living room is lovely. A separate toilet makes sharing the shower room easy. The rain shower and hand-held suits all habits. You can cook a great meal or just have an Illy espresso in their lavish kitchen. The high-ceilinged old architecture has been preserved with tasteful modern conveniences. Denis and Francesca are perfect hosts, giving great tips and answering all questions promptly. They took great care of us. The building is up a direct steep hill road from the side of the station, but a short walk to via Udine makes it much easier with luggage taking the same time. Hoping to go back and stay again.

Wir hatten eine phantastische Zeit in Majas Unterkunft. Der Garten ist wirklich ein kleines Paradies mit beeindruckender Aussicht. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Meer. Maja ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin, die für alle Fragen zur Verfügung stand. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man benötigt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank, Maja!

Meine Eltern hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Floriana. Sie war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat sie spät nachts empfangen, ihnen sogar ein Taxi bestellt, um zum Bahnhof zu gelangen. Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Bildern und der Ausblick über die Dächer der Stadt ist etwas Besonders.

Very nice place. The location is perfect. You only walk 10 minutes from the train station and have a lot of shops and restaurants around. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a coffee machine. There are two bathrooms. The bathrooms had a weird smell, like cleaned with unclean cleaning rags, but other than the smell it was perfectly clean.

Immaculate apartment, close to the train and bus station. Loads of room with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom plus an extra toilet. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. Great little restaurant almost directly over the road. The lift was useful getting the luggage up to the apartment. Beatrice & other hosts were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Location is safe and easily walk-able to most sites in the city. Will definitely be back and would 100% recommend.

The view from the living room window really is amazing! You can see the city and the sea and also the hillside up to the mountains. Even if you couldn't leave the apartment but had to stay there for a couple of days there would be something to see by just looking out the window. The museum tram route (line 2) from Trieste to Opicina has a stop nearby so you can walk there and hop on. A regular bus stop is just a few minutes away. Manlio is a distinguished gentleman! I thought that evaluations were extra polite but it is Manlio who is extra polite. He was ready to assist us with our concerns and even help us if there was a need. We felt like there was always support available the whole time we were in Trieste.

A lovely apartment with rustic beams and a lovely view of the hills, as well as being in the middle of the city. Really appealing decor with nice plants throughout, well equipped and super comfortable. We had lovely Aperitivo on the terrace. Everyone was really charming and welcoming at Caterina’s - the lady of the house is a perfect host. Can recommend heartily!

Wir waren für drei Nächte in der wunderschönen Unterkunft und wären am liebsten länger geblieben. Es ist ein atemberaubender Ausblick und der Whirlpool ist das Sahnehäubchen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Matjaz was a great host and I enjoyed staying at his place in Trieste. Matjaz was always quick, clear and friendly in his communications before and during my stay, and the check-in process was hassle-free. The apartment itself was spacious and with plenty of natural light, and the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals each morning. The terrace was the perfect setting for evening drinks. The location for me was ideal - right near lively Viale Venti Settembre and a short walk to the city centre and waterfront. All in all a positive experience!

Der Aufenthalt in Triest war sehr schön und vor allem haben wir durch Peter viele tolle Restaurant und Cafés entdecken dürfen! Er war sehr bemüht und vor allem gefühlt jederzeit erreichbar, weshalb wir uns sicher fühlten. Der Platz ist ausreichend für entweder 2 Personen mit Hund oder sogar 3 Personen, da die Couch ebenso sehr bequem war. Die Klimaanlage war manchmal notwendig und wir waren dankbar, dass es sie gab. Die Garage, wo wir unser Auto abstellen durften, ist etwas steil und für tiefe Autos vielleicht bisschen schwieriger zu nutzen, aber haben wir trotzdem gemeistert. Wir bedanken uns herzlichst und hoffen, dass wir Triest bald wieder besuchen können. Alles Liebe!

Great 2-bedroom apartment near the central station in Triest. Luxurious apartment with great layout and very clean! We parked near the central train station based on Martina’s recommendation. Walk to the station was only 5-10min.

Daniela war eine tolle Gastgeberin! Unglaublich warmherzig und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns in der Sekunde wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, voller wunderbarer Bücher, blitzsauber und bietet sehr viel Platz um sich zurückzuziehen. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt! Wir hätten uns auf unserer Radreise kein schöneres Apartments als das von Alessandro für den zwei Nächte langen Aufenthalt in Triest wünschen können! Traumhaft gelegen, ruhige Terrasse, schöne und gemütliche Ausstattung, nah zum Stadtzentrum, ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, der stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. We had a lovely relaxed peaceful stay here. The house was as described and we were able to use the kitchen to make meals. We also ate at the restaurant at the end of the street which has a playground out the back. Lucija was easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions. We had a car and enjoyed day trips from here to the caves, Ljubljana and Piran. If I lived closer, I'd come back for sure.

We loved everything about Rene’s apartment, it was perfect. Had everything we could imagine, fully stocked kitchen, quality hair dryer, lots of storage area, comfortable beds and the list goes on. We couldn’t recommend it more and will definitely be back!

It's a nice apartment where you can relax. You can easily go around from there and visit different places. Tadeja is very nice and accommodating. She is very proactive and gives a lot of information.

Mirjam’s place above the city is lovely and the view is so calming. Very quiet are and feels like home away from home. Thank you.

Great location and lovely apartment

Mirjam greeted us on time when we arrived and was very helpful with us. The apartment is in a very green and very quiet area with parking facilities. It is a great base for being able to visit nearby places, such as Piran and Izola. The apartment is elegant and very cozy. The kitchen is functional and complete with appliances for any need. The bathroom is windowed with a large shower. The outdoor area is very nice for breakfasts and enjoying the sunset in the evening. We had a really nice time and relaxed a lot. We hope to come back soon for another weekend. Thank you Mirjam!

Lovely place couldn’t fault it, fab views. Loved sitting in the hot-tub whatever the weather. But care needed when exiting hot-tub tiles are slippy. Use the boards provided to prevent slipping!
