My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

Fantastic stay !!! We were 3 people who stayed here for 5 nights. Located just 30 minutes outside Bologna up in the mountains with an unparalleled view. We each had a bedroom that was cool despite the heat outside. Luxurious with 2 bathrooms with both shower and toilet when you are several. There is everything you need and even a washing machine if you are there for a long time and need to wash. Every morning, freshly baked goodies were left outside our door, arranged by the gentleman who owns the house. Incredibly calm and peaceful, and the only thing you hear throughout the day is the chirping of the various birds. We'd love to come back here❤️

Like the other guests, we were completely satisfied and were incredibly warmly welcomed. It's a wonderful family. The accommodation had everything you need to live well and for a nice vacation. We got great tips for activities and felt totally comfortable. Francesco is a very charming, helpful host, with whom we had nice conversations. We especially liked the care for children. Our child loved the toys provided, the large garden and the cats. Very clear recommendation.

It was special treat to be welcomed by Laura when we arrived. She was a great hostess. We felt very comfortable in the spacious surroundings which included an outdoor terrace with expansive views across the Garfagnana valley. As we didn't have a car we walked into Barga which is about 20 minutes. Barga offers shops, restaurants and art galleries. I found lots of opportunities to do some painting around the old town and walks to nearby villages. We loved Barga and are keen to return.

The country cottage is beautiful and well maintained. Easy to reach by car and located in a very quiet area. Tommaso was very kind, the house was clean and tidy and there was everything you needed. Recommended!

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Giacomo greeted us right away once we areived to his beautiful home. Him and his wife navigated us throughout the home and described how to use all the amenities. Our stay at Marina and Paolo’s hilltop home in the Tuscan hills was nothing short of magical. Staying at Lorenzo and Eva’s place was an absolute highlight of our trip to Tuscany! The location was exceptional, it offered breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside that we’ll never forget. Just a short drive away is the charming town of Vinci, where you’ll find everything you need to make the most of your stay. The wine and olive oil tasting experience is an absolute must—it added such a special touch to our visit. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with excellent amenities that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Lorenzo and Eva were both very professional, and their communication was always prompt and helpful. We can’t wait to return to Vinci and would love to stay at their place again!

A small paradise surrounded by olive trees We had a wonderful stay in this idyllic Charlet near Pistoia. The location in a quiet olive grove is fantastic - perfect for escaping everyday life. The pool was ideal for cooling off in the summer temperatures. The Charlet offers everything you really need – and nothing you don't. This is precisely what makes this place so special and charming. Francesco is a great host – warm, helpful and always available. We enjoyed every day and are already looking forward to the next time!

We loved our stay at Michaela’s house. The views were beautiful and it was a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Great location, very short walk to the town or easy bus ride into the center of Florence. We will definitely be back!

Olga's villa is absolutely stunning. Our family of 9 had the most wonderful visit. We enjoyed cooking in the beautiful and well appointed kitchen, eating outside on the terrace, swimming in the pool, and relaxing outside on the terrace, enjoying the peaceful beauty and breathtaking views of Tuscany. Olga's place is truly special. Olga was very communicative, helpful and kind. We highly recommend her villa to others.

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

Anna’s apartment was absolutely dreamy it felt like stepping back in time. She paid attention to even the tiniest details, carefully preserving original paints and walls, which gave the space a truly unique glamour. Anna herself was so friendly, flexible, and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. It was the perfect weekend getaway to detox and unwind from busy city life. Highly recommend!

Due to a very complicated move I stayed alone at the property, unfortunately going back and forth to and from Bologna Working with animals and the garden, beautiful and fully fenced, it really made a difference The house is enchanting as well as the view that frames it, priceless to wake up to the view of our Apennines. So much silence to feel - especially at night - almost intimidated :-) Beautiful disconnect during which, at times, I was also able to regenerate I had some small difficulties with the TV in the room compared to the channel synchronization, while everything was fine with the one in the room Cleanliness and services offered completely in line with expectations Overall, I would absolutely recommend a stay at this charming structure if you really want to unplug and carve out a space and a moment of just relaxation and rest! The renovated church was incredibly interesting and I was fascinated by its long history. The church is nestled within a tranquil olive grove which made it easy to relax and disconnect from the stressors of the big city. Roberto was absolutely incredible and I cannot give higher praise—he is truly the standard when it comes to hosts. He was attentive, responsive to any issues, and helpful to solve any difficulties that we had with travel arrangements. It’s easy to see why this property is in such high demand. It was my first time staying in Tuscany and Roberto’s church is already calling me back for another stay! Most highly recommended.

Casa Caterina is a magical & mystical time capsule, you will feel enriched by the views and its walls. It will have everything you need to lead a simple, wholesome life while there. The host Caterina couldn’t have been more helpful, recommending her friends’ beautiful restaurant (Buca di Baldabo) as well helping us get the stove going after a glass of wine when we couldn’t understand the screen’s language. You will leave feeling revived and whole, an incredible place! Thank you so much!

Seemingly charming, clean and tidy. It was like being at home, maybe even better. The tranquility of the area is heavenly. The view, although not directly on the lake, overlooks the valley and the hills lush with vegetation and trees, an enchantment. The encounter with the native animals was exciting.
