Quiet Breton house

Quiet, in the countryside, spacious house located 5 minutes from downtown Pont-Scorff. Sometimes you have cows as neighbors, often birds singing in the early morning... From Pont-Scorff you can travel all over southern Brittany (from Vannes to Quimper) Lorient 15 minutes away with the Cité de la Voile and departures for the island of Groix. Beaches and seaside resort 20/25 minutes away: Larmor-Plage, Guidel, Ploemeur. Tasting of Belon or Etel oysters. Here's a sneak peek of local activities.

The old Forge and its garden, 2 steps from the beach

This old 1800s forge is located in the heart of the historic village of Crucuno, located a stone's throw from the large beaches of Kerhillio (2 km) and Sainte Barbe (2.5 km). This building, renovated on 3 levels, will seduce you with its quiet environment and central location offering quick access to Erdeven, Plouharnel (for water activities), Ploemel (and its golf course), Carnac (these menhirs), Etel (for its small port and its ria), Auray (and these shops)... There are many hiking trails.

Next to a farm, we are 8 km from the beaches, in the Auray region and Quiberon Bay, close to the Gulf of Morbihan and the Ria d'Etel, and the Saint Laurent and Baden golf courses. Sur un site naturel protégé du Conservatoire du Littoral, en bord de mer et à seulement 4km d'un village. Maison dans une propriété très calme avec jardin privatif. Un petit port breton et un chemin côtier, le GR34, sont accessibles à pied. Proche de plusieurs plages, ports et de la gare de Quimperlé. Un chien et un chat et une poule se promènent dans le jardin. Nous n'acceptons pas les autres animaux. ! La maison n'est pas adaptée aux petits enfants de moins de 8/10 ans !

In season: snack bakery just opposite, the market 2 min walk, and the train station 3 min will take you from Auray to Quiberon. Tennis, ping pong, petanque, beach volleyball, basketball and football are freely accessible within 5 minutes' walking distance, bike rental, paddle, surf and sand yachting and lessons, Enjoy!

Between Lorient and Quimper, 12 km from Pont-Aven and 1.5 km from the sea, the cottage is ideally located to discover southern Brittany and the amazing landscapes of this pretty corner of Brittany, swinging between sea, river, countryside and forest. Well exposed, this pretty restored stone house has a rustic and pleasant interior dominated by wood and stone. The south-facing, unoverlooked terrace overlooks our 1700 m2 wooded and flowered garden.
