Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door construction

Public parking for vehicle, garage for motorcycle, equipped kitchenette. Bed, bath and table linens provided. Boat buses to get to the heart of LORIENT city. Located on the left bank of Lorient, you are on the road to the beaches, Erdeven, Carnac, Quiberon and boarding for: The islands of Morbihan. Belle-Île-en-Mer, Houat, Île-aux-Moines, Groix, etc.

Cottage in the heart of the village

Nice cottage in the heart of the village. It is adjoining my house but you will be completely independent. The terrace is private and reserved for you. From the house you can do everything on foot. The port is a 10-minute walk away. At your disposal is a large living space of 30 m2 downstairs with a bathroom. Upstairs is a triple bedroom. A 160 double bed and a single bed. A large hanging net will welcome you for your naps or to put your children to sleep like in a hammock.

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Discover the authentic charm of a small outhouse attached to our family home, a former shipowner's house. It is independent and ideally located in the heart of the village with its beams, wooden staircase and vintage charm. Jardin Blanc – because that's its name – is enclosed by a wall made of old stones, with direct access to the garden that we share (each on our side), a private terrace, an outdoor shower, and a cabin overlooking the old walnut tree.

The Little House in the Village

The little house in the village welcomes you all year round on the island of Groix. Equipped (bed 140x190/room) In the kitchen (filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, washing machine) All shops are within a 5-minute walk. The nearest beach is 10 minutes away.
