Wonderfully large, practical living house for a family. Atmospheric in the summer and especially in the winter! Walking distance to shops (Liddl, Jumbo, Hema, Ekoplaza,..) Bicycle distance forest or Paterswoldse lake where you can walk or dine on the water.. Bus stop in front of the door to the city of Groningen (25 min). Within 2 hours in the Wadden Islands. In short: quiet, perfect vacation spot for parents and children. (good to know that there are also 2 nice, easygoing cats present)

This delightful energy-neutral water villa suitable for 4 till 8 persons, was recently built and located on its own plot with lots of privacy on a peninsula on the Paterswoldsemeer in Haren. The house has a lot of luxury and comfort such as two bathrooms, a large kitchen with built-in appliances, a big dining and livingroom and a beautiful view at the Lake. At the deck terrace you can enjoy the sunsetwith a glass of wine in your hand.

The city centre of Groningen is 15 minutes away by bike and in 2 minutes you are right in the middle of the nature reserve De Onlanden, the city park or the Hoornse Meer. Deep in the back of our garden, we have converted an old garden house into a guesthouse. The garden house is completely self-sufficient. Ideal for discovering the city and its surroundings.

The modern furnished cottage is on the outskirts of Haren and borders a nature reserve. The light cottage has a large living room with French doors to your private garden on the water. There is a cosy fireplace. The spacious kitchen has all the comforts, and the living room has a TV, radio and WIFI. The cottage has two bedrooms for 2 persons. Both bedrooms have private showers.

Cottage Jasmijn has an extensive kitchen with, among other things, a large stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, separate bedroom with a double bed and a cozy living room with television and cozy pellet stove. Everything is on the ground floor in the cottage. In front of the cottage, you have a cozy south-facing terrace with garden.
