The apartment is located in a quiet location and invites you to take a walk in the beautiful Odenwald area. The center of Groß-Umstadt is about 5.5 km away. The train station is in the neighboring town, about (1.5 km) away.

Privates, helles Souterrain

This cozy room with a double bed and a sofa bed is accessed via a private small terrace. The house is very centrally located, 5 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes from the market square and 2 minutes from fields and meadows. The room is about 30 square meters and has its own fully equipped kitchen through which you can access the private bathroom. If necessary, you can book 2 more rooms with 2 double beds each for an extra charge. Bike rental on request.

Modernly furnished house with large living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and everything needed to have a great and cozy time. The absolute highlight is the covered outdoor terrace with outdoor kitchen, gas grill and fireplace for charcoal grilling. Furthermore, there is a second terrace with a large awning and lounge furniture. This terrace connects directly to the 3.5 m x 7.00 m pool. Pool is open from mid-May to the end of September.

We are happy to welcome you to our modern basement apartment. We renovated and newly furnished it in 2022. We live with a female Husky who has never learned to bark. If you don't specifically ask for her audience, you won't have any contact with our hostess :). The apartment is centrally located in Groß-Umstadt and offers you enough space for 2 people on 65 m².
