The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Fantastic location for hiking or cycling around the beautiful Palatinate Forest. Activities: Soccerpark, medieval Freinsheim, spa town of Bad Dürkheim, Hambach Castle and much more.

Relax in this quiet and bright accommodation, approx. 40 square meters, on the 2nd floor. Private bathroom with toilet and bathtub is available. In the bedroom there is a single bed, 2 mattresses on the floor and a closet. Fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. A washing machine (in the basement) is available free of charge. Long-term bookings are possible. One parking space is available free of charge right in front of the house.

Tino‘s Tiny House ist ein kleines, eigenständiges Häuschen im Wormser Vorort Weinsheim. Der Ort lädt zum Entspannen ein: - ein Spaziergang am Eisbach - ein Abstecher in die Brauerei Sander - Sonnenuntergänge zwischen Weinreben und Feldern - fußläufige Spielplätze für Kinder Uvm. Die Lage ist optimal um Worms zu erkunden. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5-10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Auch die nächst größeren Städte wie Mannheim, Heidelberg, Mainz und Frankfurt sind gut zu erreichen.

The lovingly maintained, cozy and spacious accommodation is located in the quiet Karl-Marx settlement in Worms and can accommodate 3-4 persons (1 double bed, 2 single beds, a sofa). The listing is particularly suitable as a holiday apartment for a small family/group. The city center of Wormser is only 6 km away and can be reached with a good connection (the next bus station is within 5 minutes walking distance). You can also enjoy extensive walks in nearby parks next to it.

Located on the ground floor of my house with private entrance and parking space. Small apartment, about 40 square meters, cozy and comfortable. It is very suitable for 2 people, but up to 3 or 4 (one child) people can live there. It is located on the first floor of my house with its own entrance door and parking space.

In the first floor it offers a luxurious small city apartment (about 80 m2) that surprises with original arches and lots of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can spend a cultural, sporting and/or romantic holiday. But even business travelers will find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in the evening in a generous ambience.

We love it modern with a touch of vintage. That's how we set up our new city apartment as a vacation rental. Despite its proximity to the city, the apartment is quietly located in a side street, the balcony faces the rear courtyard. While it is wonderfully relaxing inside, you can already enjoy your first cappuccino on the balcony at sunrise in the morning. The charming apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail and offers our guests a maximum of peace and comfort. A high-quality parquet floor in all living rooms creates a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The living room, dining room, bedroom and kitchen are kept open and offer a generous living ambience. The bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool bath. And for our guests who love to cook, our fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

The beautiful wine village of Bissersheim has very special charm & in just 4 km march through the magnificent vineyards welcomes you, that beautiful and historic wine village of Freinsheim. Ideally located for excursions to the wine route or the Palatinate Forest.

Our modern, cosy holiday flat was completed in 2016 and is located in the wine & high-quality fruits village of Laumersheim. Laumersheim belongs to the administrative district of Bad Dürkheim and thereby is located in the midst of the holiday region Leininger Land.
