Such a great place and location! It’s exactly as it’s listed and more! The concierge Isabelle, who greeted us was great! Very friendly, informative and kept in touch with us re an earlier arrival time if we wanted it, and clear arrangements for our departure day! 👍 The accommodation had everything we needed - was very comfortable, and so tidy and clean/spotless on our arrival. It is located in a lovely very peaceful residential area- pine cladded /sandy & just 5 mins walk to the beautiful beach, and not much further to centre of the village with bars/ restaurants & shops! (About 10 mins!) We hope to be back, thank you Valérie, and we highly recommend this great accommodation! Do give it a try, and book! You won’t be disappointed! Rob & Ann Hampshire/England.

Very good weekend for 4, the accommodation is very nice and we were able to enjoy the outside, also very well furnished and very well located in a natural setting with no noise other than the little birds. Nathalie was very responsive and gave good advice. I highly recommend.

The cottage is a haven of peace: in the middle of nature and surrounded by animals but kept at a distance. It matched the photos: nicely decorated with this marine touch and well arranged.

Our stay at Kevin's place was ideal and quiet. Listing was as described. Located close to nearby beaches and major Vendee towns (La Roche sur Yon..). Kevin was easily available by phone if needed. We would recommend this listing and its host. Margaux and Sylvie.

We had a pleasant stay in Christophe's house. The views are simply magical. The place was spotless when we arrived! Being able to do everything on foot is also very appreciable, beach, walk on the coastal path in front of the house, shops and markets nearby. Perfect stay, accommodation in line with photos and descriptions. Friendly accommodation, very discreet host... Nothing to say, you can go there with your eyes closed and respect the accommodation that is lent to you.

La terriere is a quiet suburb of La Tranche. The apartment is only a mile from the long, gorgeos beaches of la terriere and la conche. Its a fairly easy walk or if you have your bicycles, just over 5 minutes to the beaches. The apartment lies on an east/west axis. This means you can enjoy sunrises from the bedroom and sunsets from the very private sun terrace. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you will need for your stay. Line and Phillipe were very warm, inviting hosts. Much to my shame, my french was too poor to get to know them better. The only observation is that due to the steps leading to the apartment, it may not be easy for those with physical impairments. Other than that point, i would strongly recommend Line and Phillipes accommodation

Excellent location: The accommodation is very clean and functional. Dominique is welcoming and accommodating. Special mention to the bedding of great comfort. Ideally located, the residence is very pleasant, Saint Martin en Ré is a charming village. I highly recommend it.

This is the perfect location (for 2 people) close to the coast and a few kilometers from La Rochelle. The house has a private small garden, is very tastefully decorated and the kitchen is equipped with good kitchen appliances. Two bicycles are available for trips in the area. Axel is a very attentive host, who is always available for questions or any problems. Recommended!

Corinne is such an amazing and responsive host, and her place was exactly what we needed. Would 100% recommend. A bit about the apartment: it looked exactly as described, comfortable and clean. Its location probably can’t be better since it was right by the pier of Saint-Martin, a very charming and calm village. Now, the real stars were the hosts. Corinne herself was very responsive and proactive and even though she wasn’t there at check-in, she arranged for a family member to not only be there and greet us, but also drive us from the La Rochelle train station to the island. She also called the bus company to confirm our bus time upon departure and was kind enough to allow a later check in so we had a place to leave our belongings while waiting for our train. Overall, amazing hosts. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay with the family in Les Sables d 'Olonne, and this apartment contributed greatly to it. The view is simply splendid. The apartment is in a great location, bright, clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. A huge thank you to our host, a lady of great kindness, available and caring. We were also touched by the kindness and warm welcome of the Sablais, who make this city even more enjoyable to discover. We recommend this listing without a second thought, and will be happy to come back!

Hi, My parents loved the stay, quiet, really close to the sea, no noise at night or during the day. They liked everything they did and especially going to the beach on foot. Jean Michel and Christine responded to their request very quickly and efficiently. They were happy and returned relaxed and soothed from their stay. I think they'll be happy to do it again. i highly recommend it.

Excellent stay with very good directions to get there. Parking space is very convenient. The apartment is pleasant to live in with a superb view. We recommend!
