The holiday maisonette "Alte Trotte" was refurnished 2019 in a listed timber-framed house from 1719. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom. On the first floor, there is a cosy living room, and a charming bedroom on the second floor. Suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The "Alte Trotte" is located between "Seestrasse" and Lake Zurich (guests can use private access to the lake). Close to the railway station. Parking is included.

We rent a very nice, newly furnished and cozy 30 m² apartment with separate bedroom. In the open living room with kitchen and dining area, there is a large sofa bed. The apartment has a separate apartment entrance and is on the first floor (no steps). The free parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is located in the middle of the village and is easy to find. Just three minutes to the bus stop, 40 minutes to Zurich. We, the host family, live on the upper floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The sunny garden and large terrace are perfect for al fresco dining. A garage parking space is provided.

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. Studio apartment in Wetzikon

Studio apartment suitable for business people or people passing through with a double bed and sofa bed. Bus station is a 5-minute walk away, Wetzikon and Kempten train station can be reached in about 5 minutes by bus. Pfäffikersee is a 10-minute walk away. On the other side of the street it has a gym and other sports activities in the area and a restaurant opposite the apartment. There is an Aldi 2 minutes away by foot.
