Holiday rentals with a patio in Gstadt am Chiemsee

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

We have stayed at many Airbnb‘s and this one has been extra special. Inga is a warm, friendly, considerate and very helpful host. The apartment is immaculate, furnished beautifully and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bed very comfortable. The apartment is located in a very peaceful setting with views of the mountains and Greenfields and forests. Our only sad thing to share is that we have to leave. We do hope to come again a top notch stay thanks to a top-notch lady.

We had a super nice stay in Florian's Fitnessalm. The location was perfect for us, as we could reach Königssee, Chiemsee, Salzburg and other excursion destinations in under an hour. Fortunately, the apartment is also away from all the hustle and bustle and traffic, so we could enjoy our peace. Florian is a great & helpful host. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortably furnished. All around we had a very nice holiday with baby & can only recommend it. ☺️

We had a nice time at Jules and Alex's. The apartment was very clean, super equipped and very modern - we lacked nothing. The location is beautifully quiet, perfect for relaxing, and the hiking trails are nearby. Check-in and check-out were also completely uncomplicated. Highly recommended accommodation and would be happy to come back.

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool - in the rather bad weather it was just the thing to create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile baby bed, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. The size of the sauna allows several people to relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we could not really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

A quiet, peaceful, comfortable cottage near a small farm, the place has a lot of charm and a rustic feel to it. You can see the Austrian alps from the living room window. We felt very safe and secluded here, and there’s ample room for 1-2 cars. Josef and Helga, our hosts, made us feel very welcome right from the start. The village is walkable, and offers a couple of restaurants and a live theatre, and is less than 1/2 hour drive from Salzburg and all that this lovely, historical city has to offer. Whether your interests are hiking, history, museums, castles or even a 500 year old salt mine, this home in Holzhausen is a great place to stay.

Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and superbly appointed so we didn't miss anything. Herbert welcomed us warmly and was an attentive, friendly host who was always available for questions. Thank you, Herbert, for this unforgettable holiday! We will be happy to come back.

We had a great holiday here! You feel immediately arrived and nothing is missing, everything is very clean and prepared with a lot of love, it doesn't get any better! The highlight is of course the large heated pool. The town of Rott was also the perfect starting point for many excursions in the area and you can find everything you need there as well as many beautiful restaurants. We were able to spend a very nice and relaxing time here again. The beautiful view, three different seating areas outside, garden, terrace, covered barbecue area and the quiet secluded location of the house are absolutely recommended. The surrounding area invites you to do numerous activities. The hosts Jutta and Hannes are friendly, unobtrusive, but always approachable and helpful. Super nice apartment, very spacious, equipped with everything you need, super clean, nice little garden with terrace...there is nothing to complain about at all!! Doris even provided us with a few beers and snacks before she welcomed us in a very nice way. We would come back anytime if we were on holiday in the Rosenheim area!

We were looking for a place to stay for the weekend and didn't really spend much time in the apartment. Everything was clean and well equipped. There is a coffee machine with beans and a great terrace, overall we liked it very much and we would come again. The bed was super comfy and we slept very well.

We felt very comfortable. Bea and Alexander were very open-minded and had great tips for activities, parking, etc. We'll be back.

The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the sparkling wine to welcome us and the sweets were very nice. We would have really liked to have stayed longer - if we end up at Lake Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

Location, location, location! Close to many museums, restaurants, markets, boutiques, and only a short subway trip to center of Munich. Sarah’s place was perfect for our week stay in Munich! The place was spotless, modern, and well equipped. She took initiative to make our stay even more comfortable for us and our adult daughter. Thank you, Sarah. Felix's place was as described. The location is really super close to Lake Chiemsee, but you can also quickly reach beautiful areas in the mountains by car. Ideal for an active holiday with a dog.

This location was great for us as it was close to the town and friends/family we visited. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed us to be able to sleep really well. Thank you Bettina!
