Excellent accommodation!! We intend to return!! You can hear the sound of the sea all the time, your feet in the sand, the apartment is a good size, well ventilated, and has a well-equipped kitchen!! All the structure of a good house!! Several shops downstairs in the building: bakery, ice cream shop, grocery store, restaurants and snacks!! We recommend the Gamboa Restaurant, which is 200 meters from the apartment. Award-winning dishes, with great prices. The beach is cozy, 1.5 km long, with very clean water and several nice corners for contemplating the sea, and an excellent waterfront for walking. Impeccable security!! Everything is very quiet, no mess or loud music. Great for resting and feeling at home. Kamila was very helpful and flexible with the check-in and check-out. The apartment is excellent even for longer stays!!

The space beyond very beautiful, is extremely safe and pleasant. The house has air-conditioning in every room, plus screens in every window. The condominium is very well located and safe, the beach service is a differential and the Francisco employee helped us a lot with absolutely everything. It is noteworthy that the house is fully equipped, has a stove, oven, barbecue and everything that is needed for cooking. Without any doubt I will return soon, it is worth the rental, I recommend without any reservations.

Simply in love with my stay! The apê is super clean, organized and has a view of the sea that even looks like a movie setting. There was everything I needed there, every detail thought out with affection. And Cesar, the host, is out of order! Super good people, always available and made everything for my experience to be perfect. It was all so amazing that I'm already wanting to come back! Undoubtedly one of the best accommodations I've ever had.

The apartment is excellent and very close to the beach! The parking lot that the condominium offers is very close to the beach, which makes it easy to take things to the beach! Super quiet and pleasant place! We will definitely be back!

We love the stay. Positive points: Well located, 2 blocks from the beach, clean and well organized house, all closed with screens and free of insects, well equipped (cups, kitchen utensils, ...only the coffee maker was broken plus there was a strainer), fantastic barbecue, top showers, super quiet and well frequented place, without noisy people, safe place with 24-hour concierge, photos of the residence. Fantastic for a few days as a family, accommodating very well 5 people. Improvement Oportundiades: Major trash in the kitchen, softer mattresses and no additional toppings (my preference), lockers slightly worn out by the sea, but in good conditions, a little more facilities offered in the service such as putting on and removing the leased bed linen (detail) and a little bit more agility in communication. We'll be back for sure. Thanks a lot to Caroline and Dilson for offering us this opportunity, we think it's fantastic!!!

It was perfect, it exceeded expectations. I traveled with my family, I have a 5-month-old baby, and the condominium welcomed us very well, met all our needs. We didn't even go to the beach, to enjoy the leisure of the condominium. We had a barbecue, we went to the gym, it was amazing. Regarding the apartment, it is large and very airy, there are not many insects (it was a concern of mine because we know there are many animals on the north coast), but I didn't even have to put repellent on my baby. The only thing that was missing were adjustments to the bathroom outlets, as it is the only place that has a mirror, and I couldn't dry my hair or use a flat iron because the outlets are a little loose. Wladimir is a great host, responds very quickly and solves problems quickly. I intend to return!

I loved my stay, it's simple, it has the basics there to get by in the kitchen, I felt extremely cozy. I stayed for 6 days and every day I went to a beach, both in nearby cities and in São Sebastião itself. I loved it!!!!!! Manuela and her husband made us feel very comfortable and at home. The North Coast is the jewel of the state.

We spent a very pleasant work day holiday. Excellent location, next to the beach in the right corner, ensuring tranquility. Beach equipment was set up every day by the condominium staff. Flat very well equipped and clean, with a parking space for a car and the possibility of getting pet. Very attentive hosts. I certainly hope to repeat the stay and have the opportunity to refer.

Everything is great, quick and easy check-in, spacious and well-equipped apartment. Close to the beach. The only criticism is that when I received the address, Google Maps sent me to another location and I needed to adjust it with the name of the condominium, the street did not point to the location of the condominium in the app. I really liked it! and I highly recommend it!

The extremely quiet place and the very nice apartment, you can really hear the waves (very strong at night) from inside the apartment, for those who like the sound of the sea and a beautiful view in the morning is worth it. The beach was very quiet even though it was a long holiday and is great for those who enjoy swimming, kayaking and standup paddle. The pool next to the restaurant and the beautiful view is also very good. The market within the condominium has really fair prices (unlike the beach kiosk). The host was very considerate.

Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.

We had a great time at Ivan's place, even though weather conditions didn't help! The space is super comfortable, condominium easy to access and very close to the beach! We will definitely return more often!

This is a wonderful house, in a terrific location right at the corner of the beach in a very quiet area. The house is really well decorated and exceptionally clean. The host was very helpful with tips for the area. We will love to come back one day.

We really like it! We went as a family and spent a weekend. The house is very good, well-equipped and organized. Everything was clean and the space was very good. Large rooms, large bathrooms, very good outdoor space - we use the pizza oven and the barbecue - bita differential. The location is great, quiet condominium and always had security passing on the streets, we feel very safe. Besides everything, it is a few meters from the beach, very quiet to walk. The host also always responded quickly and gave us all the information clearly. We also asked to enter 2 hours earlier and he authorized it. It was very worth it. I highly recommend it!
