Luís is very proactive, gives several tips ahead for you to prepare. The condominium is in the wild, a very pleasant place. Well-equipped and clean house. We were in two families with teenage children and everyone liked the place. As for the location, for us it was ten, but it depends on your goal, if the priority is nature and proximity to the most frequented beaches this is the place. The pool area of the condominium is quite beautiful, but the furniture could be better preserved. In short, it was worth the stay!

The house was neatly clean and tidy, exactly like in the pictures! Greater than we imagined. The house is close to the beach, allowing even at night the children to go there, play volleyball on the beach. The house comes with all the necessary items for the beach, such as chair, parasol, planch, and for kitchen/barbecue. The Washing Machine and Dryer were working... pity that maq. Dishwasher was not working, the Host said that she would see a person to go to tidy up, but I don't think she could... we ran out. But everything else was great!

The house is a delight, very large, amazing and well located view. The sea in front of the house is brave, but with a 10min hike you get to Cocanha, which is an excellent beach for bathing. The beach in front of the house is not full even during holidays, giving a lot of privacy. The house next door can host noisy guests.

Super cozy house, extremely clean, perfect! Os calaboradores super solitos. It was wonderful days of rest, I recommend everyone to visit the village! We'll be back as soon as possible, we love being there!

I loved my weekend ! Casa as in the photo, the tree in front of the view got a little hindered, but the sunset right in our direction made it worth it . There is a trail to the mountain house, but Mr. Antônio made this path very quiet, it was helpful all the time and made our locomotion a lot easier, offered to take us wherever we wanted . For those who want a quiet place to relax, it's perfect !

Gislene was a real angel! From before we arrived until it was time for us to leave. It was all clean, everything running right, the place is super cozy, we feel at home! We had never visited São Sebastião, Gislene gave us all the support and helped us with everything we need, no doubt the best possible host! What to say about such a sensational place? Nature is spectacular, it heals us, welcomes us, embraces us!!! Melissa gave me all the support, it was my Tour Guide, I went to Santiago Beach, because they indicated me for the race, we made the trail from Pauba to Maresias, we went back through the rocks, I ran every day, I had already made some crossings in the open sea and this place reconnected me so much that one day I made a mini crossing from Santiago to Toque-Toque Pequeno - Santiago!! We had a problem on arrival to check in but I'm not going to stay at it because Leonardo was ready to help and solve the problem. The house and hostel are very beautiful, cozy has a very cool space in the swimming pool and in the BBQ area, a quiet place in the middle of the mountain. The first night we stayed at the inn in a very cozy chalet with air-conditioning in the bedroom, kitchen and balcony facing the very yummy pool. Then we went to the ad house we rented and it really is sensational well-equipped, wonderful suite with balcony, kitchen completes the wonderful barbecue area. The Ap is in the front of the inn. It is very close to the beach of maresias, a quiet place on the outskirts of the inn has a bakery, a bikini shop and a wine cellar on foot. Overall it was great the stay we stayed for a week and it was very quiet.

The chalet met my needs, well located and José Maria was very attentive.

The house is beautiful and really stands in the super preserved forest. It is necessary to understand the proposal of the house. But it's super safe and comfortable. We have to cross a river with the car but we had no problems. The auga was relatively low despite it being a rainy season. Camila was super kind and thoughtful to solve everything. Even lazy little township appeared to say goodbye.

I traveled with friends to spend the new year and we were positively surprised by the chalet, the space was impeccable when we arrived, complete and exactly as advertised. The street is a bit difficult by car, so go with that in mind, and it has a lot of bush around, which attracts many insects, but nothing that was not expected. To walk to the beach of Maresias, and there is a waterfall of easy access through the house's own backyard, a delight. Isabela was solicitous and very clear with the instructions. We will definitely return!
