Air conditioning is available in the guesthouse so you sleep well in the warm summer night. The double beds are made with freshly pressed sheets from Mille Notti.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

20 sqm apartment in scenic area, close to the sea and nature. You have a small patio to use, 3 minutes to the beach & sea. A lovely walk along the water or through the forest, the area also offers popular bike paths. Parking is included. Close to Gustavsberg where you will find cafés, restaurants, shopping and activities. The apartment has a 160 cm double bed, dining area, kitchen, TV & a sofa bed. Bathroom with washing machine. Nature reserve around the corner with lovely hiking trails. 20 minutes by car or 45 enjoyable minutes by boat from Strömkajen, Stockholm City with landing at Koviksudde, then about a 10-minute walk. Bicycle rental nearby! NOTE: The stay in the cottage is only for the tenants!
