Monthly Rentals in Gyo-dong

We have stayed at Yeris house for the last 6 weeks and will be staying for longer as we really like it. We have 2 adults and 3 kids under 9yrs old in our family and the apartment has been plenty of space. It feels nice and modern. The apartment is bigger than photos suggest. Nice area of Gangneung to be in. 3min walk to walkway that leads you to beach in 1 direction (3.8km), downtown area and markets in other direction (maybe 1.5km), 5 min walk to a bmx pump track, 2mins walk to buses that go to beach or downtown. It has great aircon in the lounge and in the bigger room and a fan in the other. Its mostly a commercial building so kids can be noisy in evenings or weekends and it doesn’t matter. Has washing machine and most facilities needed to live comfortably for a while. I would recommend!

It was comfortable from booking to checkout. The accommodation was neatly arranged, and there was a disposable toothbrush and cleansing foam in the hair straightener, so you don't have to bring your own toiletries and shower supplies. The accommodation description is provided in detail. (The font is so pretty~ 5) There was plenty of parking space, and for those who travel on foot, I called a taxi and it arrived quickly. Peacefully in a clean, quiet and pleasant accommodation I had a good rest. The host is kind.

The place was great! Unit was very comfortable and our host was very responsive. I also appreciated how clean it was. Will definitely consider this place first when visiting Gangneung :)
