Enjoy the central location to the city center with good restaurants and the walking distance to the train station. The house has just been refurbished, including the granny flat. Energy is sustainably generated via photovoltaics and an air-source heat pump. We also live in the house and are happy to be available to you personally as a host. A children's travel crib is provided if needed. A kitchen is in the planning stage and therefore not yet available in the apartment. Our fridge and microwave can also be used.

Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

If you have sunny weather, you are also welcome to have a barbecue on the terrace. A small charcoal grill and charcoal are available for you.

Its history dates back to 1844. In 2010, the forest house on the Wupper was lovingly renovated according to modern and at the same time ecological standards. The apartment consists of a dining and living area with a sofa bed (with a continuous mattress) and a bedroom. - Smart TV and balcony. In the separate bedroom there is a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. There's a bright, large desk there, too. There, the 3rd person can sleep on the extra bed. The beds are already made and towels are ready.

It is centrally located to Hilden city center (10-minute walk) and is conveniently located; to the train station (10 min. walk), bus stops (3 min. walk) and has good transport connections to the freeways.

The property is located in a particularly beautiful green and quiet location, yet with direct access to the highway. The surrounding major cities such as Cologne, Düsseldorf and Essen can thus be reached in no time. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2021. The furnishings are therefore new and up to date. The front door can be opened via a video intercom at the push of a button.
