Stay in the middle of the most beautiful neighborhood of Lüneburg

The house is located in the middle of the beautiful water district of Lüneburg with the Stint and the old crane, the mecca for restaurants and bars. The Brausebrücke [pedestrian bridge] around the corner takes you directly into the city and offers great photo opportunities. Quietly located, you can see from the window the original filming locations of the well-known soap opera "Rote Rosen"... maybe the camera is running right now. On foot you are in five minutes at the train station, at the town hall, on the Sande or directly in the relevant shopping streets of the city.

The concept includes an eco-toilet. We usually live here as a family of four and everything is fully furnished accordingly. Access to the city is very good, by S-Bahn [suburban train] (10-min. walk/bus, then 20-min. S-Bahn) or by car. Also close to the countryside, the Doven Elbe, various lakes, Sachsenwald, etc. Great for cycling and walking.

In the house and garden you will find everything for a nice and relaxing holiday with and without children. The location offers an ideal starting point for visits to downtown Hamburg, holidays in the countryside with many lakes and swimming opportunities (10 minutes' walk to the nearest beach and day trips to the nearby Baltic Sea (about 50 minutes).

Das Reihenhaus ist ideal gelegen für einen Ausflug nach Hamburg, in 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Altona, in 10 Minuten am Elbstrand und 30 min zur Hafencity. Es gibt 2 Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür

The holiday home called"Schnuckenbau" is just 3 minutes on foot nearby to the Nature Park Luneburg Heath. You will find bike paths and pure nature exactly in the centre between Hamburg and Hanover as well as Luneburg and Bremen. You look for tranquility, you'll find it here. The unique spring bath "Quellenbad" is just a stone's throw away. In the garden of the Schnuckenbau is a little pavillon, also a barbecue. In the lounge you can enjoy a crackling fire in a stove.

At home between the horizons

The large, modern and very bright terraced house in Hamburg's "front garden" is reminiscent of a Scandinavian beach house and invites you to linger. Both coasts (Baltic and North Sea) with their beautiful beaches are 1 hour drive away. The nature reserve with a large playground, a super large new skate park and the Holstentherme are within walking distance. The A7 can be reached in 5 minutes. The airport north of Hamburg can be reached in 25 minutes.

Das Reihenendhaus liegt im Dorfkern und trotzdem ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft liegt mittig zwischen Bremen, Hamburg und Cuxhaven. Ein Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung Bettwäsche und Handtücher können vor Ort gegen Gebühr geliehen werden. Aufgrund schlechter Erfahrungen keine Haustiere erlaubt. Das Haus wurde 2025 renoviert! The bus is 200 meters away and will take you directly to the train station (900m). The train runs directly to the city and to the main station ( approx. 20 min drive time).
