The large, extraordinary loft-like apartment is centrally located in the trendy Schanze and Altona district. Beautifully located in the backyard with lots of greenery. In addition to the relaxed bedroom, there is a large work/dining/living room with its own tea/coffee station , which is integrated in the entrance area. A large kitchen-living room has plenty of room for cooking. A large terrace with seating area and BBQ offers space for relaxation. NOTE: Entrance is done and kitchen is shared.

The in-law (70 square meters) is located on the upper floor of my detached house. I live on the ground floor with my family.
