There is a kitchen and a toilet. The shower is in the side entrance. The apartment has a beautiful large window and is very bright and recently renovated. WiFi is available. We are 30 minutes from Hamburg Town Hall (City), good connections. There are shops as well as a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

The accommodation is in the basement and has a ceiling height of 2.09 m. Supermarkets and restaurants (5-10min) and public transport (bus 2min) are in the immediate vicinity. Public parking is usually available.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss (schräge Decken) eines Einfamilienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung an die Autobahn A1 und A24. Auch die U-Bahn Station "Steinfurther Allee" ist fußläufig gut erreichbar (10-12min. zur Fuß, bitte vorher die "Leitfaden zur Ankunft" im Inserat genau lesen), dann noch 17min mit der "U2" zum Hamburger Hbf. Privates, abschließbares Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung.
