The beautiful old apartment is within walking distance (10 minutes) of the main train station and has 3 spacious rooms on about 150 square meters consisting of a bedroom with dressing area, dining room with balcony access, living room with work area, bathroom with bathtub, guest toilet with shower and kitchen with pantry. The large balcony has a dining area for 4 people and a bench as well as a rocking chair as additional seating. The bedroom has an extra-long box spring bed (220 cm long, 180 cm wide).
