It is about 25 square meters and offers everything you need for a short break in addition to a kitchenette and a bathroom. The vacation rental is located in the annex of our house in Sachsenhagen, which is located in the beautiful Schaumburg region between Deister and Steinhuder Meer. The apartment is located in Alfeld but still quietly located on the Sindelberg, in a purely residential area. From the apartment you can reach the pedestrian zone in approx. 10 minutes' walk. Where you can find shops such as bakeries, supermarkets, etc. A bus stop is located about 10 meters from the apartment, which runs every 30 minutes. Parking is available on the premises. Enjoy your evenings on the balcony, with magnificent views of the Leine Valley.

It is being renovated biologically, i.e. with natural materials (clay and wood insulation materials), thus creating a healthy indoor climate, free of toxins. We offer a radiation-reduced living space (shielded electrical installation) and deliberately do not use Wi-Fi. If you need Wi-Fi, we can turn it on during the day.
