A great stay, house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room, a garden area to chill or the lounge area with sky sports. Tam was very helpful. We would stay here again.

Had a lovely relaxing break here, the space was fantastic and the surroundings were peaceful and quiet. Excellent location - the village pub is a must visit!

This is a great property sat right at the top of a hill on a private road. We actually thought the listing and images undersold it a bit - there was much more space than we expected, especially in the downstairs annexe which is basically a little home all on its own. The bedrooms are large and luxurious feeling with beautiful decor and ornaments. In comparison, the bathrooms and kitchen feel a little dated, but they are all perfectly functional and clean. The only issue we had was with the Aga cooker, which takes some getting used to. Not being able to change the temperature of the ovens made cooking a big roast a bit of a guessing game and it's slow to heat back up if you're unfortunate enough to let the temperature drop below the optimal range. There is another, more conventional cooker downstairs (which we ended up using) but carrying hot, oily trays of food up and down the stairs with kids running around underfoot felt like an accident waiting to happen.

We booked Pete's place for 8 days and enjoyed our stay there. Set amid great countryside the place is just nice for 2. Probably my only complaint is that due to the trees around the property it can be a bit dark, but that said I would highly recommend it. Thanks Pete for always being helpful and at the same time leaving us alone.

Beautiful spacious, clean and well equipped cottage in a pretty village. The garden is delightful and there is an opportunity to use the outdoor furniture. The indoor space is very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing there after busy days sightseeing in the area. Would definitely return.

Cedar House is simply stunning. Beautiful gardens and surroundings, very comfortable and spacious property with everything you need. The pool and spa are a delight and I couldn't recommend highly enough. Kelly as a host is great as well, good at responding and clear with information, nothing was too much trouble. Overall, a brilliant place, would definitely recommend.

What a beautiful place! Bex and her family have created the most stylish yet warm and welcoming haven. Everything was immaculate, considered and perfectly presented. So comfortable with so many thoughtful touches and we felt very pampered. Bex herself was equally warm (and stylish!) and we really appreciated her popping in to say hello and check on us. All communication before and during our stay was prompt and helpful. Highly recommended for a restful break in the most beautiful surroundings. Thank you Bex!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return. Our hosts were a delight and exceptionally helpful and friendly.. The location is amazing. We were watching red kites in flight and even heard a cuckoo. Lots of walking trails nearby too. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Katie’s apartment was stunning! Extremely clean and tastefully renovated. The bed was amazing and loved the luxury of a small tv at the foot of the bed. There is nothing I could fault about this accommodation and would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

A wonderfully warm welcome and briefing from Richard. The flat was small but perfectly-formed, with its own garden area. It was very well-equipped, comfortable and attractively furnished and decorated. The attention to detail was impressive, with thoughtful touches like flowers and basic supplies. The free permit-parking was convenient, and the city centre within easy walking distance. Even during a heat-wave, the flat remained cool, and the busy street was, as advertised, peaceful at night. A goregous flat, beautifully furnished and in the perfect spot. Close to everything we wanted to explore but just a couple of minutes walk from the busy areas. The flat is so well equip - it had absolutely everything we needed and more (the party rings were a lovely find). And a great host - the instructions were great and we had some excellent tips on where to eat. I'll definitely be back!

The studio was great, exactly as pictured, and super clean! Charlotte was incredibly responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend staying at the barn if you’re in the area!

It was our first Airbnb stay, we normally stay at hotels in the area and I must say, hands down, Debbie's little oasis in the Surrey Hills was infintely better than all of those experiences combined! What a treat! Debbie is a phenomenal host, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and the little touches made all the difference. It was tranquil, comfortable, effortless and I would recommend this stay to anyone looking to get away from the city and explore Surrey. We would most definitely like to stay there again sometime. Finn has chosen stylish furniture and decor for this very well equipped holiday home. The photos show all the rooms accurately but the balcony actually has far more comfortable furniture than the photos show., making it a super place to sit and view the coastline. Due to the bay windows , this flat has more far reaching views than other seafront properties we have stayed in. Also, Finn is an attentive host, on hand to solve any issues that may arise. We thoroughly recommend.

We agreed with all the previous reviews, and would like to add, Elmer is a great place to visit, and the proximity to the beach is fabulous. Robs information was second to none!! The walks were breath taking. Our special visit was Arundel, the castle, gardens, and town were amazing. Ok, now for our one grump, the fridge is a bit small!!! i know, ridiculous but we didn't know whether to put the wine or the milk in the door, so had to drink the wine, and put the milk in the fridge....sorted. By the way, the welcome basket was very much appreciated.

Joanne’s place was truly outstanding. Relocating from Australia to the UK was a big transition, and staying here made it feel effortless. The location is ideal. Just a short walk to the train station for easy trips into London, and the neighbourhood felt completely safe, even when walking home at night. The home itself is beautifully designed and incredibly cosy. The shower had excellent water pressure, the kitchen was a joy to cook in, and the afternoon sun pouring through the patio doors was such a highlight. Enjoying a quiet morning coffee out on the patio was a lovely ritual that made it feel like home. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the space was perfect for working from home. Joanne was a dream host. Warm, responsive, and genuinely kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my UK chapter. Highly, highly recommend.

Fionas place was a wonderful find. Perfect for a couple, roomy and in a perfect location. On street, unrestricted parking. Will certainly be back.

Absolutely lovely apartment, clean, very comfy bed, really peaceful, having a parking space was so important to us, lots of resturants nearby and not far to walk to the seafront. Hosts were so friendly and always available if any questions were asked. Would highly recommend. Will return when visiting Brighton again!

This a beautiful bright and very well designed pad - just 3 mins walk from a beach that goes on for miles. It's kept to a very high standards and one of the best Airbnb's I've stayed in for a long time. I would definitely recommend it and we will return
