Es sind zwei Zimmer für vier Personen plus Kleinkind geeignet. Im Wohn/Schlafbereich befindet sich ein großes Doppelbett, ein großes Schlafsofa und ein Einzelbett im 2. Zimmer. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Gegenüber liegend befindet sich das WC mit Dusche. Die Terrasse über die man in die Einliegerwohnung gelangt, lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Zahlreiche Radwege und das fränkische Seenland sind in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie der Zug, der in 22 min in Nbg ist. Tiere nur auf Anfrage.

"Heimatselig" is located in the idyllic town of Wolframs-Eschenbach, nestled in the beautiful Franconian lake district. Our vacation home is located on the 2nd floor of the granny flat of our single-family house built in 2018 in the Franconian architectural style. With a lot of love & passion, we planned and implemented the expansion of the apartment in order to create a time out full of well-being and comfort for our big and small guests. The property is located in a beautiful and green environment in an apartment building. Four to five people can comfortably enjoy all the advantages of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Convenient location, quiet residential area, 50 m to the bus stop, 10 min to the S-Bahn stop on foot. Exhibition centre/city centre can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car or public transport. Right next door: butcher/inn, bakery, pizzeria, bank, pharmacy, Aldi, stationery/lottery.

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung befindet sich im OG und verfügt über einen kostenlosen Stellplatz. Mitgebrachte Fahrräder können im einem separaten Kellerraum abgestellt und bei Bedarf auch aufgeladen werden. Der Garten lädt mit seinem überdachten Pavillion zu gemütlichen Grillabenden und zum Sonnenbaden ein. Auch kleine Familien finden genügend Platz bei uns. Nach Absprache kann gerne auch ein Babybett bereitgestellt werden. Haustiere sind ohne Aufpreis willkommen.

The holiday apartment on the lake 'Altmühlsee' is located in Gunzenhausen and is a great accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 30 m² property consists of an eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 2 persons.
