Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

Whether you're passing through or staying longer, our 80 square meter attic apartment with two bedrooms has enough space for you and your friends and family. The whole apartment will be at your disposal. In Bechhofen there are supermarkets, local bakers and butchers as well as restaurants. Within a radius of approx. 20 minutes by car is Dinkelsbühl and Ansbach or Franconian Lake District. Bechhofen is also the starting point for beautiful bike rides. The highway connection (A6) is only 15 minutes away

In dem Holzhaus ist eine permanente Lüftung vorhanden. Im Schlafzimmer sorgt ein großes Wasserbett (2 m x 2,20 m) für guten Schlaf. Die Unterkunft wurde liebevoll individuell ausgestattet. Die Küche ist klein aber super ausgestattet. Grillen und Sonnen im Garten. Außensauna, 2 eBikes, Thule Cab2, Wallbox für jeweils extra zubuchbar.

Es sind zwei Zimmer für vier Personen plus Kleinkind geeignet. Im Wohn/Schlafbereich befindet sich ein großes Doppelbett, ein großes Schlafsofa und ein Einzelbett im 2. Zimmer. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Gegenüber liegend befindet sich das WC mit Dusche. Die Terrasse über die man in die Einliegerwohnung gelangt, lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Zahlreiche Radwege und das fränkische Seenland sind in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie der Zug, der in 22 min in Nbg ist. Tiere nur auf Anfrage.

Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. In sunshine, the highlight is of course the huge natural garden, whether on the terrace under the walnut tree or in the deck chair on the meadow

Mit Fertigstellung im August 2024, haben wir versucht einen Ort zu schaffen welcher zur Entspannung einlädt und bestes Wohlbefinden bietet. Erkundet den nahegelegenen Altmühlsee (8km) / Brombachsee (12km) mit deren zahlreichen Freizeitattraktionen. Komm an diesem unvergleichlichen Rückzugsort wieder in Einklang mit der Natur!

Handtücher, Bettzeug sowie Bademäntel und Hausschuhe sind bereits da. Draußen kannst Du Deinen ersten Kaffee oder den Wein am Abend gemütlich auf dem großen Balkon oder der Terasse genießen.

Die 36 qm große Wohnung bietet Platz für 2 Personen und befindet sich im 1. Stock. Sie verfügt über ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Wohnraum mit Sofa, Esstisch und vollausgestatteter Küchenzeile. Das geräumige Bad verfügt über Dusche und WC. Vom kleinen Balkon aus blickt man in den Hof und den angrenzenden Blumengarten. Der Schlafraum verfügt über eine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit (Rolladen). Alle Räume sind mit Insektenschutzgitter ausgestattet.

My guest house in the Franconian Lake District consists of four modern and comfortably furnished apartments and a large garden. The cottage is quietly located between Altmühlsee and Brombachsee on the outskirts of Haundorf. A large garden is available for all guests to relax, romp and grill. Private parking is available right in front of the house and of course free Internet/Wi-Fi is also offered. Your bicycles can be parked in the garage.
