Bäcker, Metzger und Lebensmittler in der Nähe. Bahnhof ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Schliersee in 5 Minuten und Tegernsee 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Skifahrer und Biker ideal. Eigene E-Ladesäule vorhanden. Wir und unsere 2 Katzen wohnen im gleichen Haus im EG und 1. Stock. Gemeinsamer Hauseingang.

Thanks to its unique location, you are 2 minutes from the lake, directly in the hiking area, or a few minutes by car from skiing. Bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), “children's room” with 3 bunk beds and separate single bed (all 90 x 200 cm), as well as a high-quality sofa bed in the living room. The apartment also has two bathrooms (one with shower) and a large terrace with Weber grill and garden.

This modern, three-room apartment, approximately 140 square meters, is situated in a completely quiet location. Light-filled, bright rooms with large windows impress with their high-quality furnishings. Three bedrooms meet the highest standards of comfortable living. The kitchen is practical and fully equipped. A special feature is the sunny southeast-facing balcony with fantastic mountain views. The sauna in the basement invites you to relax after a day of hiking or skiing.

Idyllic on the green Riviera

The apartment is located on the quiet, green Miesbacher Riviera, from which it takes only 5 minutes to get to the center and the train station. By car, it is 15 minutes to the highway, Lake Schliersee, Lake Tegernsee and the mountains. Munich is 🚆 45 minutes away by train. There is a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, a room with a double bed and a room with a single bed and desk. I look forward to welcoming many guests from all over the world. 🌍

Relax with the whole family in our cozy place. The kitchen offers everything your heart desires and the tiled stove exudes a cozy warmth. On the other hand, the adventure starts right at your doorstep, whether on foot or by bike into the mountains or by sup or rowing boat over the passing Schlierach into Lake Schliersee. Or "just" the coffee on the terrace?! ;) In addition, the property is only a few minutes walking distance from the relevant locations.

Welcome to the cozy Bergnest Hausham – a brand-new vacation apartment for two to four people between the Schliersee and the Tegernsee. It is located on the top floor (2nd floor) of our family home, is accessible via two flights of stairs and a private entrance, and has a beautiful sunny west-facing balcony. The apartment consists of a large, bright room (kitchen, dining area, double bed, sofa bed) and a bathroom. Ideal for small families and couples.

In the living room, a couch offers another sleeping option for children or another person.
