You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. The farmhouse with seminar and event room is also suitable for celebrations, bachelor parties, weddings, concerts, etc. The location near the city of Eggenfelden can also be used after 10 pm. The historic mill is right on the river, where you can also swim. In the old farmhouse you can live traditionally. The large garden invites you to barbecue and make a fire. Fishing is possible with a day ticket. In the cold season, a barrel sauna can also be organized.

We went out of our way to make the apartment stylish, cozy but also modern and practical. Our rooms are on the ground floor. It is newly renovated and brightly equipped. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a small desk. There is also space for a travel cot, which must be requested at the time of booking. The existing bathroom has also been completely modernized. For small appetites and the next morning there is a fully equipped kitchen. (fridge, coffee machine, oven, induction hob)
