Baroque apartment at the Old Town Hall 1

Ein ganz besonderes Apartment in Traumlage mit Blick aufs Bamberger Rathaus, stilvoll mit Antiquitäten eingerichtet. Das Vorderhaus wurde anno 1530 errichtet, die Wasserseite folgte 1640. Ursprünglich ein Fachwerkhaus, das während der Barockisierungsphase im 17. Jh. verputzt wurde. Die Fassade wurde 05.2026 mit viel Liebe zum detail Restauriert und erstrahlt nun wieder im vollen Glanz neben dem Rathaus. Das Haus wurde 1968 von meinen Großeltern erworben, davor war es 200 Jahre eine Apotheke.

Dank der Lage im Ellertal am Fuße des Fränkischen Jura gilt die Gemeinde als Teil der nördlichen Fränkischen Schweiz. Der Einstieg in die Region ist also praktisch sofort gegeben. The new holiday apartment is located in Oberngrub, the gateway to Franconian Switzerland. In the attic of a detached house, there are 3 rooms for a maximum of 5 people. The quiet area is ideally suited as a starting point. Free parking is available right in front of the house. A covered parking space for bicycles is also available. No pets allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the whole house, but is allowed on the balcony at any time.
