Our approx. 70 m² first floor apartment is idyllically located in the center of the village opposite the church in Ketschendorf, a district of Buttenheim. This place in Upper Franconia is surrounded by forest and highland cattle at the foot of the Friesener Warte and at the gates of Franconian Switzerland. Here you can relax, start wonderful hiking and cycling trails right in front of the door, local climbing and beer gardens, a gliding airfield (Friesner Warte) and a popular mountain bike route.

Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in Melkendorf einem Ortsteil von Litzendorf. Wir liegen in der Fränkischen Toskana welche den Übergang zur Fränkischen Schweiz bildet. Dank der Lage im Ellertal am Fuße des Fränkischen Jura gilt die Gemeinde als Teil der nördlichen Fränkischen Schweiz. Der Einstieg in die Region ist also praktisch sofort gegeben. Erleben Sie bei uns Natur Pur, viele Wanderwege und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Vorzug innerhalb von 10 Minuten Fahrtweg innerhalb Bambergs zu sein.

Here you will find not only a charming accommodation, but also the perfect starting point for hiking, biking or simply relaxing days in nature. In addition to its historic old town, Scheßlitz also offers you all the necessities of daily life. In a few minutes you can reach Bamberg, a UNESCO World Heritage City with a unique flair. We lovingly restored our old farmhouse in 2016. The indoor climate is pleasant because the whole house is equipped with wall heating and clay plaster. It is located in a small place with only a few houses and is particularly suitable for nature lovers and people looking for peace and quiet. Children will also get their money's worth. Telephone, satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available, making our accommodation also ideal for home office with family. The nearest shopping is 4 km away.

Umgeben von einer natürlichen, individuellen und hochwertigen Einrichtung und einer voll augestatteten Küche ist an alles gedacht. Handtücher, Bettzeug sowie Bademäntel und Hausschuhe sind bereits da. Draußen kannst Du Deinen ersten Kaffee oder den Wein am Abend gemütlich auf dem großen Balkon oder der Terasse genießen.

The new holiday apartment is located in Oberngrub, the gateway to Franconian Switzerland. In the attic of a detached house, there are 3 rooms for a maximum of 5 people. The quiet area is ideally suited as a starting point. Free parking is available right in front of the house. A covered parking space for bicycles is also available. No pets allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the whole house, but is allowed on the balcony at any time.
