We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreational area "Franconian Lake District." If you like it quiet and yet want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

Small wellness oasis with large garden!

In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

XXL-Living: Private entrance, Fireplace, Terrace, Pitch...

If you want to be in the city center or at the exhibition center quickly, then this is the place. The granny apartment is located in the middle of beautiful Reichelsdorf (S-Bahn [suburban train] stop within walking distance, then in 10 minutes in the city center). If you travel by car, there is a private XXL parking space available. The hostess lives in the same house and is very happy to provide her listed apartment. This is modernly decorated and offers a high level of living comfort.

The accommodation is located in the village of Großhaslach, a district of the municipality of Petersaurach. The Way of St. James passes directly next to the apartment. There is a local bakery (Bäckerei Peipp), as well as a butcher shop (Metzgerei Geyer). Here you will find great quality at low prices. These are about a 3-minute walk away. The B14 (Nuremberg-Ansbach) as well as several S-Bahn stops (Petersaurach Nord, Wicklesgreuth, Heilsbronn) are about 5 minutes by car.

A well-kept feel-good atmosphere awaits you on 65 square meters. Enjoy the tranquility and explore nearby attractions such as Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Würzburg. Relax in the Franconian thermal baths or the Franconian open-air museum of Bad Windsheim. Local restaurants and shops are within easy reach.

The spacious, light-flooded 4-room 100 sqm apartment with a large balcony offers everything for a comfortable stay. Two parking spaces are available right in front of the entrance. All rooms are bright and modernly furnished. The whole apartment is very bright, quiet and is great for relaxing or working. The bright and friendly bathroom with shower is equipped with towels, shower bath and hair dryer. In addition, there is another separate toilet.
