Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Hemsdal Municipality

This Airbnb was an absolute dream for our family! The place is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to spread out and relax. We especially loved the nice surrounding views, which were a beautiful backdrop to our stay. Its proximity to the Hemsedal ski center. We also appreciated how groceries are nearby, making it easy to stock up on essentials. Our kids were thrilled with the designated place for kids, equipped with a lot of toys – it kept them entertained for hours! The jacuzzi was a fantastic bonus, perfect for unwinding after a day of travel. Beyond the fantastic amenities, the host was really responsive, making communication a breeze. We were particularly impressed that most of the stuff was provided, including all the kitchen utensils, which made cooking and dining effortless. We highly recommend this Airbnb for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable long stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can't wait to come back!

Very cozy and spacious older house that has everything you need. Good location 5 min from Hemsedal Ski Center. Terje is a nice host and responds quickly.

Spacious apartment over 2 floors. Suitable for families or small groups thanks to the 3 separate bedrooms. Good communication with the host. The apartment is located at the back of Fossheim Lodge and is therefore quiet. If there are more than 2 people, it may be necessary to use the communal areas of Fossheim Lodge for meals, as there is only one coffee table in the apartment. Otherwise a recommendable accommodation at a top price.

The place was great. I recommend it as amazing location for hiking and sightseeing.

Hanna’s place is a great place for a family ski trip. The location is super convenient next to the slopes. The near-by hotel has a great spa, gym and restaurant. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The view is incredible and if the weather is not as expected the sauna and fireplace are a big plus. Hanna was always available and super helpful. We highly recommend Hanna’s place.

Cousy place best suited for two I think. Four would be a quite tight fit. Well equipped apartment and comfortable bed. Shared facilities are good. Nice and friendly host. Easy access and 5min drive to Hemsedal. Close to hiking trails. Only downside if your easily disturbed is that the road is just outside and traffic is quite continuous also early and late. Kiwi grocery store open 7-23 (9-21) on the other side of the road.

Everything was perfect, the cabin was lovely and located in short walking distance to the main ski slopes and lifts, calm area but also within walking distance to the famous after ski, and the host is very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!

We have stayed in several of the apartments belonging to Fyri tunnet and Lasse's apartment was definitely the best without a doubt. I definitely recommend renting this apartment and they have the best price of all, also with fantastic interior and very pleasant dialogue. It was great that Lars had a parking card so our car could practically be outside the apartment in the parking lot instead of in the basement, this was super convenient for us. 5 Star stay. Had an incredible time in the cabin. Was even nicer and cozier than the pictures. It was the fire in the fireplace when we arrived and we were greeted by nice people. The cabin was in a very quiet area, a very short drive to the ski center. Got great service and everything we needed. All in all a very nice experience, recommend going here!

Super cabin with short distance to ski slopes and everything that happens in Hemsedal. The cabin was really nice and nicely decorated. If we can pull down on something, there are extremely steep stairs up to the 2nd floor and the patio is facing straight out towards the parking lot - but this was no problem for us. Therese has been absolutely amazing and we can definitely recommend both the cabin and her as a landlord! We would gladly come again! :)

We had 3 great nights in Beate's apartment. The apartment was very nice and we had a perfect stay. Incredibly soft and good bed that you slept like a small child in, can really recommend!!
