Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Henderson

This is a great place to stay. The house is just like the photos. The kids loved the backyard. The location was great for us as we were visiting friends and family between Boulder City and Henderson. Also, only a quick 25 minute drive to the strip to do all the Vegas activities. Luz was amazing and checked in during our stay and very responsive when I did message. We definitely will stay here again for our future visits.

Stayed for the LVC Disc Golf Tournament at the Wild Horse Golf Course. Great stay and the hosts were very accommodating. We got a gift basket with some good snacks. The place was nicely furnished, with good mattresses (that was not the case for our last Vegas BnB). It was nice to actually rent from people who seemed like they cared about our stay.

Let me just start by saying this is the best host we’ve ever had. He was there from the moment we booked the trip to day we left making sure everything was perfect for our vaca. Secondly, this place is literally within 3-5 miles of EVERYTHING but the strip, and the strip, even though is 20 min away, we were there everyday of our stay and it never felt like a long dull drive. The location is peaceful and quiet. The house is beautiful, big, clean and has everything you can think of. The sofa is HUGE and comfy! The beds are the most comfortable beds of all the places we’ve ever stayed! We all slept so good! We played golf, we swam, we played pool, watched movies, dipped in the hot tub we stayed so busy every day we were there. I could’ve stayed for a month and never gotten bored. This truly was the best spent money ever spent. Thank you Lou! We will be back! You truly win BEST HOST EVER!

THIS PLACE WAS SO NICE!! IT WAS PERFECT FOR ME. CLOSE TO BUS STOPS AND STORES. PRIVATE,CLEAN AND HAS IT'S OWN ENTRANCE. ALSO THEY HAD BASIC ESSENTIALS STOCKED THERE IN CASE YOU DONT HAVE IT . LIKE COFFEE MAKER WITH COFFEE, CREAM AND SUGAR. UTENSILS,SOAP AND DETERGENT TOO

We had a fantastic stay, and highly recommend this house!! We really enjoyed the backyard oasis with the pool, spa and putting greens!! And it was not too far to visit the Las Vegas strip and Hoover Dam. House was exactly as described, spacious, clean and had plenty of supplies for our stay!

Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood that had great view of the strip at night. The home was clean and in a safe quiet area, plenty of amenities provided. Host was responsive to any questions I had during my stay.

My husband and I traveled to visit his parents. Ari was such a good host and very communicative and flexible. He managed to give us an early check in even though we asked last minute. We got too cold in the pool after foolishly asking for it not to be heated because we didn’t know how the evaporation would make us colder even in summer heat. I texted him asking to turn on the spa and he turned it on within minutes. It was lovely. Love the location and how private it feels. The pool table and arcades were really fun even for my husband’s elderly parents. The host thought of everything. We alerted him that the pool sticks had worn out tips and he overnighted new cue sticks! We really appreciated the extras like the tea kettle, coffee maker, there was even coffee and sugar in the pantry ready to go. Tried to book with him and extend our stay but the spot was already booked. Wish we had stayed longer.

Super easy all around, especially parking which was a breeze. It was 107 degrees while I was here for work but the apartment stayed nice and cool. I hope to never come to Las Vegas again lol but if I did, I would stay here.

Great airbnb! Host was so responsive and the place was so good, Pretty quiet neighborhood, lots amenities including a big tv, iron etc etc, there were also some snacks which was a great touch, will definitely comeback!

Rafael was a very responsive host! Airbnb is about 20ish minutes from the strip, nice and quiet and very clean. Close to gas stations, fast food joints and other shops around the area. Definitely recommend for those visiting Vegas 👏🏻

The place was comfortable and the amenities were easily used. we came in late and the host was accommodating and even left a small gift basket, and offered more if we needed it. a peaceful respite for an exciting town 10/10

Jordan's place was beautiful! Everything looked new! The ac was great for hot Vegas! The shower was top tier! Loved it and would stay again.

We booked this place in the very last minute so we weren’t expecting anything. But Conway’s place is so much better than what we expected - it’s cozy, clean, at a great location (10-15 minutes drive from the strip), and quiet. We will definitely stay again if we ever come to vegas.

Great place to stay while in Vegas! Parking was convenient and it's very close to the strip. It feels private and the kitchen has everything you need. Laundry included.

The apartment was in a central area for the places we planned to visit. The gate and enclosure provided privacy as we came in and out. The walk-in closet was a great bonus!

the host was great responding back quickly. directions worth clear. check in went and smooth. the pool area was cool just hated that the pool was not warm. Enjoyed the jacuzzi. Was able to get to the strip within minutes of leaving my room.

Had a wonderful weekend stay at this lovely complex. The host was super helpful, and the apartment was easy to get to and wonderfully located. We're definitely aiming to make a return trip!

Look no further. I won’t gate keep. From the moment I reached out to Peter, he was very helpful with my requests. Arriving to the property we were greeted by respectful employees . The check in process was very simple and easy. When we arrived to the suite it was up to standard. Beautiful. Hands down the best place we stayed. It’s a 1 bedroom but easily can be used as a 2bd. It’s so big and ample. The balcony was wrap around and had the most amazing views. My family of four consists my husband and our three year old twins . The twins fit right in and made themselves at home. We all had a bitter sweet goodbye. Peter’s place has easily turned into our vacation home for each time we visit Las Vegas! Hope to see you again in September.

Perfect place to be in Vegas if you don’t want to spend a fortune. The apartment is very well stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms, the host is friendly and responded quickly to my questions. The place is close to the airport but we didn’t hear the planes. We got more than we expected.

Really love the space and the area. Close enough to the strip and far enough to be quiet and dark. The location on the lake was beautiful. Everything was super clean and well stocked and it had all of the amenities - laundry, workout, pool, hot tub, hikes, and more.

We stayed here for our anniversary, and it was everything we could’ve hoped for and more. The space was spotless, cozy, and just like the photos—but what made it unforgettable was the host’s warmth and thoughtfulness. She surprised us with balloons, wine, and sweet gifts that instantly made us feel celebrated. Her communication was amazing and she even checked in after our first night to make sure we had everything we needed. One of the best tips she gave was to order room service for pickup—it was so convenient and let us enjoy our time without rushing around. This was hands down one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had. We felt cared for every step of the way and will definitely be coming back. So grateful for such a special experience!
