Holiday rentals with a patio in Herdecke

The place is as described and shown in the pictures. Has an amazing view over Plettenberg and a forest at a very close distance so you can enjoy the calmness and peacefulness it provides. Definitely a place to visit for a retreat from a noisy city. Christine was always helpful and responsive that made our stay even better.

Johannes is a great host, everything well prepared. The apartment is well laid out and everything you need is on site. Even a terrace with a view of the garden. The residential area is very quiet, and you have to go somewhere else to eat. He even provided a bicycle on request, very good.

It was very pleasant to be in the apartment, it was nice and quiet and the tips on what to do in the area were helpful for us!

I really enjoyed staying here. Everything you need was in the immediate vicinity. You can easily walk to the city and bus and train services are also in the immediate vicinity. Communication with the hosts went well if there was a problem. The check-in was also good. If you read the instructions correctly, then there are no difficulties😅. The Airbnb was also clean, the bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but otherwise everything was good. I'd love to come back when I'm in Bochum.

The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. Everything was perfect, the hostess was very responsive and created very comfortable conditions with a gorgeous view of the lake, we felt at home, the reality exceeded expectations and special thanks for the compliment in the form of flowers, fruits and sweets. I recommend it 100%!

It was a wonderful stay! We really fell in love with this house. It is very cosy and nice, we had everything we needed to relax in the pesceful surrounding of nature. The host was very kind and fast in reponding, ready to help with all requsts. We did't want to leave.

It was our second stay at the apartment and we were very satisfied as last time. Very spacious, very tidy and the Arcadeon was easily accessible on foot. Communication and check-in went smoothly.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The fenced garden was ideal for our dogs, who also enjoyed the walks by the nearby water. Everything was tip top clean and beautifully furnished - you could tell that someone had made an effort. The surroundings are amazing and you can quickly reach all the interesting places in the Ruhr area. An absolute recommendation!
