Unser Traum ist mit dieser wunderschönen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Seebad Ahlbeck wahr geworden. Wake up, quickly run the 100 m to the beach for a refreshing swim before having breakfast on the sunny balcony and start the day with a coffee! That was our dream which came true with this beautiful 3-room flat in the seaside town Ahlbeck.

Die 75 m² große Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss von "Schloss Hohenzollern" bietet sehr viel Platz für bis zu 5 Personen. Die Wohnung bietet eine traumhafte Rundumsicht über die Dächer von Ahlbeck mit den zahlreichen historischen Villen. Sie verfügt über einen gemütlichen Wohn- und Essbereich und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt 2 separate Schlafzimmer und einen offenen Schlafbereich mit einem weiteren Schlafplatz. Bad + Küche wurden in 2025 erneuert. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz.

Genieße einfachen Zugang zu allem von dieser perfekt gelegenen Unterkunft aus. Den Sonnenstrand erreichst Du in einem ca. 6-8 min. Spaziergang. Weitere interessante Orte wie z.B. die Ostsee Therme, die Seebrücke, die Promenade, verschiedenste Gastronomie und Geschäfte sind nah und bequem erreichbar. ALTE BUCHDRUCKEREI (Bäder architecture, listed) - a beachfront, individually furnished 92.5 sqm apartment on 2 floors, with 2 bedrooms (1x with double bed 1.80 m and 1x with bed 1.40 m). On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and the dining room. A seating area in the sunny front garden is also part of the apartment. On the upper floor, the conservatory-like porch porch is to be highlighted. This can be opened by vertical sliding windows and used like a loggia.

The apartment can accommodate three people and is located in a quiet yet central location, about 250 m from the beach and the promenade. Here you can enjoy the perfect combination of relaxation and proximity to everything needed for a comfortable stay – from cozy cafes to restaurants to shops. You can enjoy the tranquility, but at the same time be quickly in the middle of the action and on the beach to get the most out of your Baltic Sea vacation. 🌊✨

Sweet & salty Heringsdorf

Fresh and salt water in one: Unique and very quiet location on Lake Schloonsee – overlooking the lake – and a two-minute walk to the Baltic Sea beach. Our apartment is located directly in the middle between the Bansin and Heringsdorf piers. As a long-established Heringsdorf family – even our grandmother used to host guests from all over the world – hosting has a tradition with us and we are happy to offer you a pleasant stay on the Baltic Sea.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

The apartment has a separate entrance and is located on the 2nd floor. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a large couch which can also be used as a bed for 1 person. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed (160 x 200). The apartment has a large beautiful balcony overlooking the forest and meadow. Bicycles can be parked in the closed bicycle shed.
