The living room with fireplace, the master bedroom and the kitchen with terrace face the water. There is also a sauna, a playground and a swimming area in the garden of the property.

A 4-person apartment with an area of 38m2 consisting of a living room with a kitchenette and a terrace. The living room has two fold-out sofas. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, gas hob, coffee machine and essential items such as plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, hot water, etc. The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and sink.
