We have 3 apartments in a quiet location, overlooking the forest and meadows. They are only 600 m from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping facilities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 45 m² and has one bedroom, a kitchen-living room with dining area and sofa bed, shower room and a terrace with lounge furniture and lots of sun.

Fresh and salt water in one: Unique and very quiet location on Lake Schloonsee – overlooking the lake – and a two-minute walk to the Baltic Sea beach. Our apartment is located directly in the middle between the Bansin and Heringsdorf piers. As a long-established Heringsdorf family – even our grandmother used to host guests from all over the world – hosting has a tradition with us and we are happy to offer you a pleasant stay on the Baltic Sea.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

Sit back and relax - this stylish accommodation is great for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The beach and lakes can be reached quickly. Cycling is very important here and is possible in all directions. Hikers will also get their money's worth. Shopping in Bansin is about 4 km away. In the high season, a baker also comes weekly. Only 200m away from the Baltic Sea beach, this bright and well-equipped 3-room flat is located on the top floor of the Haus am Kurpark. With its floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, it offers a wide view over the roofs of the Kaiserbad Ahlbeck. On the same floor opposite the flat is the wellness area with sauna, relaxation room and access to the communal roof terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea.
