We have 3 wonderful apartments in a quiet location overlooking the forest and meadows. At the same time, you are only about 600 m away from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

Die 75 m² große Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss von "Schloss Hohenzollern" bietet sehr viel Platz für bis zu 5 Personen. Die Wohnung bietet eine traumhafte Rundumsicht über die Dächer von Ahlbeck mit den zahlreichen historischen Villen aus der Kaiserzeit. Sie verfügt über einen gemütlichen Wohn- und Essbereich und ist sehr individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt 2 separate Schlafzimmer und einen offenen Schlafbereich mit einem weiteren Schlafplatz. Bad und Küche wurden in 2025 renoviert.

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and the dining room. A seating area in the sunny front garden is also part of the apartment. On the upper floor, the conservatory-like porch porch is to be highlighted. This can be opened by vertical sliding windows and used like a loggia.

The spacious apartment on the first floor measures 67 square meters and, with its two separate bedrooms, is ideal for 4 guests. The spacious and bright living/dining area with an inviting sofa corner and large real wood table forms the centerpiece of the apartment. The open-plan kitchen is modern and equipped to a high standard and is just as impressive as the luxurious bathroom. The balcony can be accessed from one of the bedrooms. The double beds are each 180 x 200 cm.

In the sunny conservatory, a sofa bed invites you to read or rest, in the small enclosed bedroom, young or old can sleep through the night and the spacious double bed in the living/dining area invites everyone to rest or watch TV.

Fresh and salt water in one: Unique and very quiet location on Lake Schloonsee – overlooking the lake – and a two-minute walk to the Baltic Sea beach. Our apartment is located directly in the middle between the Bansin and Heringsdorf piers. As a long-established Heringsdorf family – even our grandmother used to host guests from all over the world – hosting has a tradition with us and we are happy to offer you a pleasant stay on the Baltic Sea.

This apartment is on the first floor of a holiday apartment complex. It is located right at the entrance area (good for older people who have problems with stairs and long distances) We are located 200 m from the beach. In the immediate vicinity are many shops (EDEKA, Rossmann, Einkaufsstrasse Seestrasse) and restaurants. The apartment is very centrally located in Ahlbeck. The kitchen has all the usual utensils (except oven and dishwasher).
