We have 3 wonderful apartments in a quiet location overlooking the forest and meadows. At the same time, you are only about 600 m away from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

The apartment Carlo is located in an apartment building in the small village of Neppermin. It is a small 1-room apartment with double bed, sitting area, bathroom and kitchen, with the possibility for an extra bed. The place is located on the beautiful Baltic Sea island of Usedom, about 100 m away from the Achterwasser. Here you can find rest and time to unwind or explore the island from here. The apartment in the separate garden house is 44 square meters in size and features large sliding glass doors that lead onto the sun terrace. It can accommodate 2 people. The custom-made kitchen with dining area is luxuriously equipped and opens onto the living area with a cozy couch corner. The bedroom with a large double bed (180x200 cm) is separated by a modern room divider. It has an en suite bathroom with natural light.

The apartment is part of our house, but has separate access and its own small piece of garden.... You have your peace with us, we do live in the same house, but everything is physically separated from each other.... the village of Benz may not be for people who want to lie all day only on the beach, but a wonderful starting point for tours all over the island There are rarely buses....

The apartment is located right in the center of Ahlbeck (shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity). It is about 200 m to the beach. The apartment is fully equipped (linens, towels, kitchen appliances except oven and dishwasher). In the outdoor area, a general seating area can be used. Parking at the house can also be booked.
