Our charming townhouse from the 19th century is in the heart of the Middle Franconian small town of Lauf a.d. Pegnitz right next to the historic Wenzelschloss. It combines old sandstone walls with an urban lifestyle. In the immediate walking distance is the city center with good shopping, top restaurants and cafes. In about 25 minutes you can reach the city center of Nuremberg, the airport or the Nuremberg fairgrounds. The hiking paradise of Franconian Switzerland is also not too far away.

The vacation home offers plenty of space and has been lovingly furnished. The spacious glass fronts provide light-flooded rooms and allow a beautiful view of the countryside. Due to the proximity to many attractions such as the summer toboggan run, devil's cave, climbing forests and wildlife parks, it is a nice place to stay for families, but also ideal for climbers, hikers and nature lovers. Nuremberg and Bayreuth can be reached in about 35 minutes by car, Bamberg in about 45 minutes.

We lovingly restored our old farmhouse in 2016. The indoor climate is pleasant because the whole house is equipped with wall heating and clay plaster. It is located in a small place with only a few houses and is particularly suitable for nature lovers and people looking for peace and quiet. Children will also get their money's worth. Telephone, satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available, making our accommodation also ideal for home office with family. The nearest shopping is 4 km away.

Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. The guesthouse of the villa Alfeld, completed in 2024, is idyllically situated in the middle of the beautiful village of Alfeld in the Nuremberg region. The location of the accommodation, away from the main road with its south-facing orientation, offers you peace and relaxation at all times. Enjoy the sensational view through the all-glass front into nature and at the villa built in 1896. Relax in our lounge corner on the gallery and take a break from everyday life.
