My apartment is a small, attached house with terrace and garden. It is located in a quiet residential area in the center of Raesfeld-Erle, a village of 3600 inhabitants on the edge of the Ruhr area. Here you can combine Münsterland flair with everything that the big cities offer. The oldest oak tree in Germany is in Erle. A chestnut avenue, the rustic schnapps distillery and the old windmill also invite you to cycle and walk on numerous hiking routes.

The cozy apartment is located between the Ruhr area and Münsterland, in a coal mining town. The 50 m² apartment is waiting for your visit. The flat has its own entrance. On the ground floor is the bathroom, which is used exclusively for this apartment. From the hallway, a staircase leads directly into the apartment to the kitchen/living room/bedroom. In nice weather, a terrace can be used exclusively for guests. Close to shopping. Parking is free

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You can comfortably reach the apartment via your own entrance. From the spacious living area and bedroom you can each access your terrace with a south-facing orientation. The kitchen has a dishwasher and everything else you need. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a large floor-to-ceiling shower. From the apartment you can reach the beautiful Lake Constance in approx. 5 minutes on foot.

Here in Velbert, in the beautifully located Deilbachtal, we offer an approximately 60 square meter detached holiday home for 2 people, directly by the forest. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, bedroom with a 180 x 650 box-spring bed and is heated with underfloor heating. The living room consists of a living room with 2 sofas, a TV and a dining area directly opposite the kitchen.
