Enjoy the central location to the city center with good restaurants and the walking distance to the train station. The house has just been refurbished, including the granny flat. Energy is sustainably generated via photovoltaics and an air-source heat pump. We also live in the house and are happy to be available to you personally as a host. This apartment with a large living room and a bedroom is perfect for families who want to visit relatives or want to explore Cologne and Düsseldorf. Due to the optimal connection to the highway as well as to the S-Bahn, you are in the city center of Cologne and Düsseldorf in 20 minutes. Within walking distance, you are about 5 minutes from an Edeka market and a casino. The highlight of the region is the water ski resort, which is about 10 minutes away and is visited by many as a day trip.

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.
