Super comfortable, safe and very central

5 stars all around. An incredible place with an even more incredible view. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing place, been coming to this same building for 3 years. The amenities such as the shared areas are busier than before. Host is helpful and friendly.

Such a wonderful stay and way too short. The hosts were so great, such proactive and helpful communication, I didn't want for anything. They provided such good food suggestions and also a trusted clothing tailor and the address to go see Lucha Libre when I asked. The front desk guards are also so nice and great. In the apartment everything was super clean and comfy cozy. Would stay again for longer. The home is also in a great area between two park, lots of trees and birds. Also, lots of great food options. And thank goodness there's an elevator and it's not a walk up. They let me leave my luggage after checkout to go on a tour. Everything was so smooth. Thanks for an amazing stay!!

Excellent place to stay in condesa. Great location, beautiful place. The only consideration is that building doesn’t have lifts, which is quite common in the are. Otherwise, highly recommended :)

I recently stayed at this lovely Airbnb and overall had a pleasant experience. The property itself was well-maintained, clean, and exuded a cozy atmosphere. It featured all the amenities one could need, including a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedding, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. Diana was incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing useful local tips and ensuring my stay was enjoyable. However, the only drawback was the location. While the property was situated in a peaceful neighborhood, it was a bit farther from the La Condesa and Roma Norte than I anticipated. Getting to key attractions required more time and effort than I would have liked, especially if you rely on Uber, which was 30+ minute drive.

Victor and his parents were so wonderful during our stay. We arrived early and were immediately accommodated. We were even welcomed with Wine and beer! Communications were quick and responsive; Victor’s English is excellent. We loved the place (so close to everything) and would recommend to all visiting Mexico City! You’ll get the best service and treatment with Victor and his family. With sincere gratitude to Victor and his parents during our stay.

Our stay at Begoña’s house was everything we hoped it would be based on the photos and the descriptions. It was so comfortable and clean and we felt very safe. Additionally, she recommended a driver for us named Antonio who helped with airport pick ups and drop offs, and he was incredibly kind. We would highly recommend this to small families or couples looking for a fun adventure in CDMX!

The stay met all our expectations—the place was clean and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent. The only hiccup was finding the property, as the listed address initially led us to a nearby dental office. Once we figured it out, everything went great! Very cozy and modern. I especially liked the big window view.

I traveled here solo and felt safe the entire time. I had an issue with the wifi and it was quickly resolved. There is road noise as mentioned but to me it wasn’t that bad compared to living in Philly. If I ever find myself in mexico city I would stay again.

Communication was really great, the stay itself is very cozy (also recommended if you are traveling alone!). It has a supermarket a few meters away and the owners are fantastic. For me, it was the ideal start to get to know CDMX quietly:) The price is also particularly good. Recommended!

This was our first time in Mexico City and we absolutely loved our stay at Fabianas. The apartment is lovely and the location is perfect. Plus, Fabiana shared us lots of local recommendations which was really helpful! 10\10 would recommend - thank you 😊

A wonderful stay — the place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out.

Unbeatable location--more or less equidistant from Chapultepec Park to the west and the Centro to the east. Great food and quaint streets in the immediate vicinity. The amazing recommendations for food and things to do felt very personal and put things on our radar that Google trip planning did not. Beds were comfortable. There was some noise, mostly from a bar next door, but we always travel with a white noise machine and earplugs because we are super light sleepers, and that totally took care of it. (We slept great!) The apartment generally felt very clean--key surfaces were spick and span. In a few locations (along the floor boards in the bedroom, along the tiling in the bathroom, fans), it would be nice to dust a bit more. This might not bother other people, but I tend to notice these things. In general, we'd definitely stay here again!

The Airbnb was beautiful and even the neighbors who we encountered a couple times were super friendly, loved the area and close to so many restaurants and other fun things to do, only downside was that there were teacher protests at the time we visited which limited how much we saw of el Zocalo, other than that, everything was great!

A great stay and good value

Carlos was an amazing host! His place was in a great location and check-in and out was so easy. Everything was super clean, tidy, and the amenities were as listed. Great view of the city with the rooftop views! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to explore Mexico City!

Great place, 5 stars. Open bedroom with a curtain but very cozy, bed was amazing and easily fit the 3 of us ( my wife & 7year old ) more covers / pillows would be nice but nothing to complain about there, bathroom and amenities were fantastic as well, little couch in the living area that can be pulled out and turned into an extra bed for 2 plus another couch for sitting / dining. Wouldn’t call the gym a “ fully equipped gym “ it was about 3 pieces of cardio equipment and some dumbbells but still was nice to have that, only complaint is the white shades ( at night there are lights right outside the windows and in the morning the sun will wake you up ( if you are not into that make sure you bring your sleeping mask ) otherwise everything else was excellent!

Great place with pool,sauna and small gym. Small downside for soundproofing but otherwise great apartment and highly responsive host.

My girlfriend and I loved staying here. The space was comfortable and beautiful, the location was perfect for so many of the things we did on our trip, and the host was extremely communicative whenever we had questions or concerns. Would recommend to anyone!

Location, location, location!!! I specifically chose to stay in Coyoacán because I was in town for Frida Kahlo. I wanted to be as close as possible to her Blue House Museum, her park, the huge market, plenty of vegan restaurants and bakeries (since I was also celebrating my birthday) as well as several of the other museums all within 10 minutes walking in any direction. I was very happy with how residential and quiet the neighborhood is. If you go during the rainy season (there was light rain and wonderful thunder each evening typically between 5p-7p) expect the electricity to go out. I really enjoyed the decor in the apartment because it made me happy to see all of the colors as well as traditional Mexican art, a beautiful Alebrijes peacock as well as the framed photographs on the walls. Made it very authentic. Everything one could possibly need was available. Loved enjoying my tea every morning on the balcony with such gorgeous bougainvillea flowers. You won’t be disappointed!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment. Clau was super responsive and helpful and provided lots of great recommendations too. Would definitely recommend to stay at Clau’s place if you’re planning to spend a few days in one of the trendiest neighbourhoods!
