Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Beautiful timber house from the 1820s, newly renovated in 2018. The house has stunning views of Öresund, located in the Möllehässle Nature Reserve 2 km south of Mölle. Local bus is within walking distance. Tastefully decorated with high-quality materials. There are two floors consisting of a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine. Three bedrooms (1 x 140 cm bed, 1 x 140 cm bed & 1 x 160 cm bed, loft with 2 x 120 cm bed), dining room, living room and two bathrooms. Both with shower and one with washing machine & dryer.

Sofa bed in living room for two people. Toilet with shower. Natural garden with terrace and barbecue. Wi-Fi and TV are available. Villa Magnolia is located on the Norra Kustvägen, which is a popular scenic route for cyclists, motorcyclists and vintage cars, very well-visited. Good crab fishing for children and adults at the jetty. Bikes for rent.

Brännans Gård offers luxury on a rustic level, with the highest standard of interior design as well as proximity to nature on this fantastically located farm. Bikes are available to borrow for both adults and children so you can get around Viken and Lerberget. Also plenty of parking.

The little yellow

Welcome to our charming little house in Höganäs. Perfect for one or two people looking for a simple overnight stay. It has a comfortable 120 cm bed, an armchair for relaxing and a private toilet. We also have a kettle in the house with tea and coffee powder. Please be aware that there is no bathtub or shower. The property is close to local sights and offers a quiet place to rest after a day of exploration. At the house, there are both cats and some chickens that can walk around the garden.

Located in the sleepy village of Nyhamnsläge on the Kulla Peninsula you have the opportunity to a wide range of activities such as hiking in meadows and gravel roads to the fishing village Mölle, a bike trip to visit one of our vineyards or a day trip to Copenhagen. Strandstugan

En mysig stuga för två vuxna, några få meter från strandkanten. Här väntar härliga bad. Du sover i nya sköna sängar. Eget trädäck, gräsmatta och entré. Stugan har en nyrenoverad kokvrå och toalett. Privat dusch några få steg i intilliggande byggnad. Stugan ligger avskilt på ägarens tomt. Stort utbud av olika restauranger vid stranden och hamnen samt i centrum av Höganäs som ligger på gångavstånd. Endast vuxna. Vackra Arild, Mölle och Kullaberg finns på några minuters bil-/bussavstånd.

Med egen ingång till denna moderna tillbyggnad disponerar ni över ett stort sovrum en trappa upp, ett stort badrum på entré plan samt egen uteplats/trädgård som är inhägnad för husdjur. I hallen finns kylskåp med frysfack, mikrovågsugn, vatten-, ägg-och kaffekokare. På terrassen finns grill, kokplatta, utekök med kallvattenkran samt grill- och matlagnings verktyg. Huset ligger i centrala Höganäs med fem minuter till buss, affärer, restauranger och stranden når man på en kvarts promenad.

Lugnt villaområde med havet 2 min bort. Livsmedelsbutik ca 10 min och strand, restauranger och butiker ca 20 min promenad. Tre rum med 5 ordinarie sovplatser samt extra madrass vid behov. Rymligt vardagsrum, fullt utrustat kök, två badrum, tvättstuga, wifi, altan, trädgård och fri parkering. Jag vistas ibland i en separat liten stuga på tomten. Ni har huset och uteplatserna för er själva. 🌺 Nära Kullaberg med fina vandrings- och naturupplevelser.

Välkommen till vårt charmiga annex, perfekt för den lilla familjen! Här bor ni i en idyll nära strand, badbrygga och golfbanor. Boendet har en dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa – bäst lämpat för det mindre sällskapet så att vistelsen blir så bekväm som möjligt. Ni har full tillgång till en stor, härlig trädgård och uteplats för lugn och avkoppling. Ett perfekt tillfälligt boende nära både vatten och roliga turistattraktioner!

Cosy cottage near the beach

Our newly renovated cottage is located 150m from the beach with sea views in three directions. It is open plan with exposed roof beams upstairs. It benefits from a new kitchen, new bathroom and all mod-cons. It is well situated for all attractions of the Kullaberg peninsula, and just a stone throw from a nice swimming beach.
