Die 65 m2 große Wohnung bietet eine komplett und modern eingerichtete Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einer Einzelliege, ein 2. Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten sowie ein Wohn-Esszimmer mit 10 m2 großem Balkon. Auf Wunsch kann ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl bereitgestellt werden. Die Fußbodenheizung und eine automatische Raumbelüftung (mit Pollenfilter) sorgen ganzjährig für ein behagliches Klima. Decken und Fußböden bestehen überwiegend aus Holz.

Unser Haus mit 2 FWen befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Fuße des Rauensteins, direkt am Malerweg. In ca. 600 m erreichen Sie Elberadweg, Fähranlegestelle, das Erlebnisbad und Gaststätten. Gute Ausgangsbasis für Wanderungen, Radtouren, ebenso für Besuche von Burgen und Schlössern sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten. In ca. 500 m befindet sich die S-Bahnstation "Stadt Wehlen".
