Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Hollands Kroon

A great little Airbnb gem, quietly located. Within just 20 minutes you are at the beautiful beaches of the area and we wished we had more time to explore the surroundings. The house itself is perfectly clean, very cozy and you can tell how much love the hosts put in. There are many attentions such as cookies, fresh eggs, flowers, high-quality soaps, etc. The fenced garden is also great - especially for us as dog owners but also for relaxing. There is nothing missing, even in the kitchen. The only remark - and this is not meant negatively - would be that the house is not so suitable for small children due to the many pretty, but fragile/wobbly decorative objects, the steep staircase, the missing bedroom blackout, the stream next door, etc. But only as a note for parents of very small children. For everyone else: book now! This accommodation is something very special.

Marius is an amazing host. The house is picky, so we can completely relax in the beautiful surroundings. The house is quiet place, yet in close walking distance a city's comforts. We've been here for others with our grandchildren who are now teenagers. They suggest it will be a tradition that we go on a trip to Medemblik. There was a bottle of champagne for us as a welcome. However, the biggest welcome was that it was so clean and cozy. You really feel welcomed and welcomed.

It was great! The home was beautiful, quiet and fully furnished.The neighbors were friendly and helped us a lot.Especially Knauer, Ralf, who came proactively to help us set up a BBQ grill and finally we shared a fun dinner with him.It's all great!

Beautiful house, everything we needed, perfectly clean and we felt at home right away. The garden behind the house was also very pleasant to sit and the bonus was the morning visitors, 3 ducks that entertained us first thing in the morning 😊 Host Lukas responded very quickly and always helped Thank you 😊

Great place to stay with amazing surroundings and great people surrounding you. Place was well maintained but do bare in mind to bring everything with you (toilet roll, bed sheets) as these may not be provided

Probably the best AirBnB we‘ve been to in the Netherlands! Absolutely amazing renovated traditional house that felt cosy and right at home. We were 4 adults and one child (aged 8). The hosts were kind enough to set an extra bed for my daughter, which was very comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen. We didn’t miss anything. Very quiet and private location and beautiful surroundings. The garden is very peaceful and there is even a water channel at the back! We‘re absolutely looking forward to staying here again soon.

Do not hesitate to go there! It is the perfect getaway! Everything is well thought, well decorated, we felt so quickly at home and at peace. There are some houses and neighbours around the house but you might only see them when you arrive and leave. The place is private and quiet. The view is exactly like the picture, we spent evenings looking at the sky, the birds, the rabbits and the cows. A great place 😊

Such a lovely stay! This place was exactly what we needed — peaceful, cozy, and away from all the city noise. The cottage is super cute, clean, and has everything you need. Loved waking up to the sounds of farm animals, and it’s close to some handy local grocers too. The host, Marit was amazing — super responsive and really made us feel welcome. Highly recommend if you’re looking to unplug, recharge, and enjoy a bit of countryside bliss. We’d definitely come back!

The little house is lovely, furniture, accessories and every detail is very nice, functional and brand new. Jochen is always available to help you and meet your needs. Position is strategic: 30min by car from Amsterdam city center and Zaanse Schans, or 10min from the sea. Highly recommended!

We were guests at the "Wijze Uil" for two weeks and had a wonderful vacation. Jeanet's beautiful old house has been carefully renovated with a lot of love and tastefully and comfortably furnished. The large garden with many seats is a dream and on the terrace you can enjoy the day. An appealing domicile for a relaxing holiday with a dog in a beautiful environment. The small town of Schoorl with restaurants and shops is within walking distance. The dunes and the forest start right behind the house and invite you to take walks. Jeanet is an uncomplicated and friendly hostess and always approachable. We felt very comfortable and will come back next year.

The stay is worth the price. However, it is worth having your own basic equipment of kitchen ingredients with you, if you want to cook as wonderfully with the wonderful view from the kitchen to the sea;-). (You will have to buy everything - salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, spices, etc.) But the jumbo in the village is a great shop (7 min. in the car) and the essentials would also be available in the campsite shop. 4 minutes by car/10-15 min. by foot) However, the towels for the bathroom are offered and included. You don't need to bring anything. Look forward to unforgettable days at sea!

Very nice house in a wonderful location. The water property with the beautiful terrace is really special. The house is bright and spacious. We arrived as a family with 7 people, it was perfect for that. In March, it was still a little chilly to use the terrace extensively, but the fireplace in the cozy living room was worth gold. We felt very comfortable.

Great location. Walking distance to Cocksdorp. At the edge of the park, therefore a nice view and tranquility. Easily traveled by car. Three bathrooms, so good for groups (in our case three families) and yet privacy and private place.

Our team of 6 people, business travel after one night, 1, the owner of the house proactively communicated to confirm the arrival time, it was planned to arrive at 8:30, the actual arrival was 9:30 -10, with 1 hour notice, the host was very patient; 2, There is a tree house and a swing in the house; 3. Easy parking🅿️; 4. Surrounded by 2.5km sea and beach, there are shells on the beach🐚, which is suitable for walking to see the beach🏖️;

This was a lovely house for us. Right on isjelmeer. Everything was clean and very stylish. Bed super comfortable. Very cosy and close to all the gorgeous villages in Friesland. We loved it here.
