Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Holualoa

Richard and his wife have such an amazing place to stay! We loved it! Such great people and had everything we needed and more! I will definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful and immaculate home. Very spacious and accommodated our whole family for my son’s 30 birthday, I would come again!

I really enjoyed the stay at the place. Everything is clean and cozy. There’re AC, washing machine, and dryer, pretty helpful and crucial as the local temperature is high. There’re also amenities like beach umbrella, beach chairs, boogie board, life vests, and noodles. The hosts are always friendly and super responsive. The place is really worth its price.

We can’t say enough about this dreamy stay! Such a perfect fit for our honeymoon on the big island! Jane was so sweet and helpful! Spending our mornings relaxing on the lanai and taking in the scenery was one of our favorite parts of the trip! We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else on a return trip to Kona!

Incredible place! Beautiful gardens. Walking distance to beach. Great location for day trips. Jill has an amazing attention to detail and the spacious studio displays all of her artistic prowess. It's truly a sanctuary to unwind and chill out. Do yourself a favor and book it for as long as your vacation allows.

This Airbnb makes an excellent home base for Big Island adventures. After a day at the beach, it was wonderful to come back up the hill to this beautiful, peaceful home and feel the trade winds. We didn’t use the A/C (which was available) - open windows and screen doors felt better than A/C. You can see the ocean and the beautiful tropical sunsets from the lanai. We had a multigenerational trip: grandparents, a couple, and an almost 2 year old and a 4 year old. Excellent house layout with a split floor plan and all the rooms on one level for this mixed group. The kitchen was very well supplied. Bathrooms had soap/shampoo/conditioner/toilet paper/hand soap, which was much appreciated. Nice laundry setup. Great beach supplies - coolers, snorkels, towels, chairs, umbrellas. We also used the lovely neighborhood pool, which was about a 5-10 minute drive away - not walkable, I would say. Beautiful home. Beautiful house. We felt at home and the place was clean. They had clear instructions about trying to keep sand and bugs out of the house. The bed and master bathroom were amazing. Lastly the patio was spacious and inviting.

Wow! All I can say is Wow! It was a beautiful place with the most amazing views of the ocean. The best breeze comes in the open windows. The outside patio was almost my favorite part. It was wonderful to sit out there with the lights off and listen to nature. My favorite part was a lovely young girl, who lives on the top floor, that talked to my sister and I, and picked some “Flowers” for us. The space is extremely clean. We cooked a few meals with ease cause all that the kitchen offers. The bathroom was small but perfect for us and water pressure was just right. Couch bed and bedroom bed were nice and comfy. It was nice knowing that there were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and a small cooler for us to take to the beach. Being able to wash our beach stuff when we got back was a huge bonus.I would highly recommend this place for a family with children. Don’t pass this one up. I would stay here again and again.

Once we got the room situated, everything was awesome. The people were friendly and nice and very helpful.

The location was perfect, with Manta Ray Night Viewing We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Michael and their property highly enough.

Great condo. Quiet location and close drive to town, beaches and groceries. Eating breakfast on the lanai was a highlight! The Kahili is a favorite place to stay as it is a smaller sized complex. The pool and bbq area are well maintained and enjoyable. The complex manager is great as well.

Great place to stay in Kona close to almost everything!

We had a great time at Royal Kahili and the condo was a perfect size for a famliy of 4 (adutl children). Loved hearing the waves at night when going to bed, as well as the Koi pond and little fountain. We visited several of the beaches along Alii drive that was in walking distance, and the condo had beach chairs, toys, cooler, and more to make it very convenient. Bridget responded quickly via text and messaging through Air BnB when we had questions. Thank you for a great stay!
