Beach house holiday rentals in Homer

The view of Homer Spit and the mountains was worth every penny, the stairs to the beach was a workout but worth it. I would stay here again if I had a chance!!

Beautiful home for our family with two babies. It was very comfy and free of clutter for the little ones. The host was very friendly. The house had everything you could need. One thing though is that if you need to use the hose, the host needs to turn it on manually.

We really had a nice time at John’s place. It’s very cool and I would describe it as Rustic, funky cool Alaska. Our grandson and friend, both 17, really enjoyed it too. I really wanted to give them a variety of experiences, and this fit the bill. The location was great and easy to find. Thank you John.

11/10 recommend. This beautiful home is spotless. The beds are comfy and fitted with nice bedding. There are Bay views from nearly every room (including from the shower unless you are 5'2"). Every possible amenity is provided, even thoughtful touches like dog-paw-cleaning supplies. We all agree this was the best-appointed AirBnB we've ever rented. I'm also not sure I've ever been in one with so many real houseplants, a thoughtful touch that goes a long way. Despite it's compact size, it was perfect for two couples. Communication was fast and responsive. Of special note: I had to put down my old dog just before this trip. I contacted them to let them know there would only be one dog, just as a head's up. They refunded me her fee, which I had forgotten about and was unexpected. We'll be back.

This is an incredibly unique place to stay. we visited for two nights and had dinner at the Saltry. we rented kayaks, explored the island and had a wonderful family vacation

House was great and an absolutely amazing view!! We had a very strong gas smell when we first opened the door and soon discovered the stove was left on. Connie was helpful and responsive and we got the place all aired out. After that, it was a fantastic experience!

Absolutely amazing home with an amazing host! We stayed for a weekend for a small celebration with friends and it was perfect! Host was responsive and friendly and the house was absolutely stunning with an amazing view. Definitely will be staying again!

BEAUTIFUL ASPEN CABIN!! Baycrest Lodge never disappoints! Such a beautiful property! Always spotlessly clean. All the amenities you could ask for. Private hot tub is just spectacular. Can't wait to come back!!

What an absolutely amazing place to spend some time in Homer. The home was clean and perfectly decorated. Everything we could have wanted was in the home including paper plates. The water pressure was unexpected for Alaska and a welcome surprise. Overall one of the best and perfectly described air bnb’s my family has ever stayed in. Highly recommend.

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful home in Homer, Alaska. The house was incredibly well decorated and had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It was equipped with everything we needed, especially as a family with young children — we felt very comfortable and right at home. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do, with stunning views all around. The Homer public library is right by the house and they have this adorable reading trail that my daughter had us doing multiple times a day. The yard was a big bonus — spacious and great for the kids to enjoy. Every detail of the home was thoughtfully considered, and it truly made our visit special. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed stay in Homer!

Our party of 6 were very comfortable. Plenty of space and everything we needed. Would definitely stay at Andre's place again.

Very nice place in a great location. Convenient location with plenty of restaurants close by. Less than 10 minutes to the Spit.

This is a great location, accessible to town and the spit. It’s right off the highway so you can hear road noise but it does die down in the evening. We had six guests so two of us had to stay in the loft. It’s a pull out bed but it has a memory foam mattress so it’s not bad. Would be great for young adults or kids. There is a door that gives you privacy from the hall and shared upstairs bathroom. That space would also benefit from a few hooks and some hangers so you could hang clothes. Also a mirror would help free up the shared bathroom. The other two rooms are top notch. The kitchen and living space is great and the view is spectacular!

Fantastic place to relax with kids. My kids loved the books and toys and their own room. We loved the animals that came in and out of the yard: mother-baby moose, mother-baby bunnies, and stork! Great location to nearby Homer activities.

Stayed here for several nights for a quiet getaway and it was perfect for that. It was such a homey place with enough decor and interest to keep our kids imaginations entertained. Appreciated the access to games and played a lot of cards. The backyard is beautiful and great for kids to run around in. We all slept wonderfully in the comfortable beds. Short drive to beach access that is so much quieter and more peaceful than Homer. Homer is just 20 minutes away, but also was pleasantly surprised how delicious the Blue Bus Diner was right down the street. The cottage has everything you need, and the best part is having an ocean view out every window. Highly recommend.

Our family enjoyed our time at Sarah and Ryan’s. The views were great and space was nice. One minor issue is our GPS took us one street farther up, so be aware you need to watch for the house a bit and not mindlessly follow google maps. It happened to my parents on their way in, too. The house had a simply checkout process, which we appreciated. Great spot!

Our stay was wonderful! This house is conveniently located near everything you need. We enjoyed great food and drinks just a short walk away. We brought our fur babies, and the fenced backyard was perfect for playing fetch—it was such a treat! We felt safe, and the home is absolutely beautiful. Communication was great. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit Homer.

A beautiful and private place to stay while in Homer. The property is so peaceful and comfortable and the views are great. Short driving distance to everything Homer has to offer. Immediate responses on check in questions and proactive communication before. A great experience on our Alaska trip!

Lovely place with incredible views of Homer and the spit. We rented both units and it was perfect for a large group. The owner was very welcoming, easy to communicate with, and accommodated the requests we had. The home is conveniently located by various restaurants and other vendors such as Safeway which made our stay more convenient and enjoyable!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Starfish Bungalow! Incredible home at an incredible location! We saw Harbor Seals and Sea Otters outside in the bay every day and a pair of Bald Eagles live close by and frequently fly by. The views are amazing and it has a great yard area for kids to play! Connie was a wonderful host and very communicative and gracious. I highly recommend staying here and would love to come back.
