The location also offers plenty of water sports options such as swimming from the large garden with terrace a/h water, canoeing or paddle boarding (canoes and subs are included). It is located in the middle of the Unesco World Heritage Site, where you can intensively enjoy the peace and beauty of the Wadden area. The apartment is surprisingly spacious (70m2) and can sleep up to 5 people. Children can enjoy themselves on the trampoline, on the grass/soccer field and can also cuddle with our rabbits and guinea pigs.

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Delightful wooden 'Bubble House'

Finnish experience on the beautiful Zuidlaardermeer. My home is unique, cozy, and completely furnished. Surrounded by beautiful nature areas; water and forest alternate. Here you will find the peace and space you are looking for. Opportunities enough to explore beautiful villages and/or the city of Groningen. In just under 17 minutes you are already in the city and within minutes in the beautiful brink village of Zuidlaren. Beautiful shops but of course plenty of establishments.
