The R1 long-distance cycle route, the E1 European long-distance footpath, the Hermannshöhenweg and the Römer-Lippe route are all nearby. The property is located in Billerbeck / Horn-Bad Meinberg in the district of Lippe. Walking and hiking opportunities can be found in our beautiful village on the Norderteich, as well as the nice restaurant "Zur Post". There are plenty of shopping opportunities for the daily needs (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, etc.)restaurants (including McDonalds) and leisure activities. We recommend a visit to the Externsteine (7 km), the Herrmanns Monument (15 km) or the Schieder Reservoir (12 km).

The apartment, located in the former cowstables, consists of a 40-square-meter room that includes a kitchenette and a separate shower and toilet. Thanks to the three floor-to-ceiling south-facing windows, it is pleasantly bright, and the underfloor heating. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a towel warmer, a large sink, and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner stove, a sink, and a refrigerator. Dishes, cutlery, and pots are provided for two people.

The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.
