Die Lage ist perfekt; Wanderwege direkt vor der Haustür (1500 Meter zu den Externsteinen), nebenan beim Bäcker & Café frühstücken gehen und noch schnell zum Supermarkt um die Ecke laufen - alles kein Problem. Thanks to the three floor-to-ceiling south-facing windows, it is pleasantly bright, and the underfloor heating. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a towel warmer, a large sink, and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner stove, a sink, and a refrigerator. Dishes, cutlery, and pots are provided for two people.

The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.
