Family-friendly apartment with south terrace on our sunny horse farm

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

The property is located in Billerbeck / Horn-Bad Meinberg in Lippe district. Walking and hiking opportunities can be found in our beautiful village on the Norderdich, as well as the nice restaurant "Zur Post". There is plenty of shopping for the day only 3 km away. Needs (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, etc.), restaurants (including McDonalds) and leisure activities. It is recommended to visit the Externsteinen (7 km), the Herrmanns Monument (15 km) or the Schieder Reservoir (12 km) .

Private guest apartment near Detmold (7 km). Two steps lead over the terrace to the separate entrance of our apartment and from there you have a magnificent view over the beautiful "Lipperland". A private bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with good basic equipment are available. From here there is a good connection to the bus, hiking and cycling trail network in Detmold and the surrounding area. The forest begins right behind the house, you can start hiking straight away.

The spacious "country house" is located on an idyllic and somewhat hidden property in the countryside. It offers plenty of space for 6-7 people on its 120 square meters of living space. The guest area with its own bathroom (1st floor) and shared kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet farmyard just outside (!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.
