The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Take it easy and relax at this peaceful 1 bedroom cottage. With views over the fields you can watch the horses graze and spot a wild dear while sitting in the sun reading your book. After a walk in the countryside or to the local pub you can come back and relax for the evening. Easy to reach Gatwick, Brighton, Goodwood and Arundel. Close to a number of vineyards, Brighton, Gatwick and Goodwood its also a central location to explore West Sussex or to stay at while visiting friends and family.

Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Set in the tranquil foothills of the South Downs, Skylark shepherds hut offers you a luxury off grid escape. Located on a beautiful organic arable farm surrounded by nature with stunning views makes for a peaceful, relaxing break. Skylark is ideal for visiting one of the many attractions near by (including Charleston House, Rathfinny Wine Estate, Firle Place and the medieval village of Alfriston), a stopover on the South Downs Way, a weekend of walking or just some time out to relax.

Gorgeous modern furnished cabin in Steyning

The cabin is located on a 4 acre plot about 200m from our house with a view of a pond. We are a family with 2 friendly dogs and are there to help if needed but far enough away to give you privacy. Steyning high street is only 1 mile away from the property. Please note - the cabin works for 2 adults,2 children, 4 adults are a squeeze as the sleep sofa is 1.30 m wide. If you would like a birthday decoration as in the photos please let me know- this can be arranged at an extra charge.

Little Michaelmas is a cosy bolthole barn loft space situated on the Surrey/West Sussex border. It sits opposite the main house with its own entrance, parking and garden area. It is in the heart of prime cycling, mountain biking and walking country - straight from the front door and a three minute walk to a great pub serving excellent food. Please do come and relax here and enjoy the wonderful countryside.

The Bowery: dog-friendly, quiet, close to village

Our dog-friendly, Grade-2 listed cottage welcomes families. It has off-street parking with an EV charging point. The large, pretty garden has a BBQ and games. It’s just 400m to Storrington’s shops, pubs and restaurants but you’ll only hear church bells and birdsong. The South Downs Way is up a ½ mile track behind the cottage, and we’re 12 miles to the sea, 18 to Goodwood, 30 to Gatwick and 50 from London.
