Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Hot Springs

This place was the perfect distance from everything and made it so easy to go different places! It was so clean and just like the pictures. It is painted blue instead of yellow so that made it confusing finding it at first, but no worries once we realized it was it. The fridge was a big smaller than we saw in the pictures, but we still fit everything pretty okay. Candace responded very quickly to everything and I would most definitely stay here again!!

I liked place was quiet slept like a baby! We had neighbors and could never hear them, that was as a plus. Also, walking distance to Central Avenue, did not have to waste time parking. Bathroom a tad small, not an issue for us, someone large might be uncomfortable small shower. Plan to return and check out unit with larger shower. Kitchenette a plus! Surrounding neighborhood safe! We had a wonderful stay! As clean freaks, this place met all our expectations and more. Felt clean, looked clean, was clean! Extremely comfy and had so many extras for added comfort! He left us snacks, s'mores fixins, and a fully stocked coffee bar. He has a-tips, cotton balls, and shower supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Lots of extra pillows and blankets, lots of games, a fire pit, tons of dishes both for cooking and serving/eating. He had laundry detergent and dryer sheets also and even little makeup remover wipes stocked in the bathroom. The covered deck overlooked a wooded area which was peaceful in the morning and evening. Robert checked in multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed. We travel quite a bit (military family) and he's definitely one of the top hosts. Everything was awesome! You will not regret this booking! Just heads up...We spotted several deer during our stay which was fun but be aware (as with any wooded/rural area) that deer may cross the

Very clean and comfy place to stay! We had a small issue with the WiFi, but they came out to fix it right away! I was very impressed. I would stay here again for sure.

Darin’s house was a perfect home base from which to venture about and visit Hot Springs. It’s an older house, so there are creaky (in spots) older wooden floors and other things to expect from an older house. It also has character and is well maintained. I’ve never stayed anywhere that the host has laid out the instructions for the appliances and A/C until so well. Darin was super helpful and communicative. Even when the power went out for that whole side of town after a big storm, he kept us updated with the latest news from the power company. We’ll definitely stay again. Would recommend this place to everyone with the exception of those with balance issues. As related the terrain in that part of the state, the driveway is steep and the sidewalk is a little uneven. It really is a great place though!

We really enjoyed staying for the weekend, it was a nice getaway, I highly recommend for a couple looking for a quick getaway, thanks again for letting us stay, we enjoyed the quiet and rest.

Kristi's place was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. The location was less than 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do, secluded enough to unwind after a long day of hiking or digging for crystals or shopping or visiting the bath houses. The house was well stocked and was very comfortable for just hanging out and spending time together. I would 100% recommend staying here!

This house was the perfect size for us as a couple. The location was an easy drive into town, but far enough away that you could enjoy the quiet.

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was quiet, peaceful, and the host was extremely responsive. Loved sitting on the deck watching the fishermen and the wildlife. The space was beautiful and equipped with all we needed.

This is a little gem in the Ozarks. Very quite and extremely clean. Sitting on the porch over looking the lake was perfect. Kayaks are available for you to use. Host are extremely friendly. This is why i continue to return to this location.

this was the best vacation my husband and I ever took!!! we had a blast....these few days were sweet and were definitely gifted from up above🤗🤪 Our host was awesome & we are already wanting to plan another vacation with them real soon! Super cute place near downtown and 20 minutes from Anthony Chapel. Check-In was easy & the place was super clean - I enjoyed my stay! Super responsive if you have any questions, I recommend this stay!

Scott's place was exactly as described. Communication was great. Very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The views were awesome. We even saw deer in the evenings. Would definitely book again when in the area.

It seemed like it was a hundred miles from town because it was so peaceful, but town was a half mile away. The interior was amazing , it was decorated from a lot of different time frames. The tv and movie room was amazing. He had everything that anyone would need. Plenty of towels and the beds were great. If you have never been to Hot Springs Arkansas, this is the place to stay. We are already talking about returning this fall.

Was staying for a wedding, Nat and Tay were extremely hospitable and quick to respond. The property was beautiful and had all we needed. Would love to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was spotless and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The full-size fridge and well-stocked kitchen was a major plus. There was even a coffee maker with coffee provided. We appreciated the garment steamer and the variety of cleaning products on hand. It’s clear the host thought of all the little details. There were plenty of towels, lots of natural light, and great directions that made getting there really easy. We’d definitely stay here again!

It was our first trip to Arkansas. We loved the place, it was very relaxing for me. The pool was nice too! Martha responded quickly and also made sure my husband had a place to park his boat. We will definitely be back!

Steve left us clear instructions on how to find the condo and how to check in. The place and the view was beautiful, and super pet friendly! The area felt safe and was close to restaurants/stores! Definitely recommend!

The view alone from the couch or the back porch while enjoying morning or evening coffee was just the best. You are right on the water and it was stunning! It was very private and quiet during our stay with was just what we needed. We walked the boardwalk and to the pool which was so nice. My husband fished from the back porch. The king bed was five stars- slept great! All positives from us! We will definitely be back again!

Brittany’s place was absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean and tidy. There were extra dog bowls for pets as well. The view from the window was so pretty. Brittany gave very clear directions and instructions on how to get there and how to get inside. She was very responsive and answered all questions I had. 10/10 would recommend!

Just go ahead and book this condo—you will not be disappointed! Everything was exactly as described: the pictures, the amenities, and the overall comfort of the space. One of the absolute highlights was having the lake just a few feet from the back door. It was incredibly relaxing, and we truly enjoyed spending the week fishing, taking in the peaceful scenery, and simply unwinding by the water. The location is also perfect—just a quick drive to amazing food and fun. The hosts were proactive, timely, and an absolute pleasure to work with. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!
