We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place , its on the quiet side of the building towards the Lagune .It matches the photos and it was well stocked , she even had a 1st aid kit . If anyone likes to cook there are plenty of pots and pans in good condition which is rare sometimes. Maria was a good communicator and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Cancun! The check-in process was seamless and hassle-free, which made our arrival super easy. The condo looked exactly like the photos—stylish, clean, and very comfortable. One of the best parts about this place is the location. It’s central to everything in Cancun—whether you’re looking to explore the beaches, restaurants, shopping areas, or nightlife, everything is just a short drive or walk away. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great stay good location for a day trip to isla mujeres, safe in the hotel zone and close to shopping and nightlife would definitely recommend. It is a bit noisy at night but it was manageable for me I would stay again.

My husband and I were looking for a nice place to have a relaxing vacation and we found everything we were looking for and more in Marina's apartment. The apartment has everything you need and is very well located with close by shopping mall, Soriana, OXXO, pharmacy and even a hospital just across the street from the condominium. Just outside the apartment doors is a nice view of the ocean and you have 3 jacuzzies and a big pool with enough beach chairs and umbrellas to take the sun and relax. Marina is an amazing very responsive host who is always available if you need help with anything. We would definitely come back to have another nice and relaxing holiday at Marina's apartment. Thanks Marina for everything and we look forward to come back to your beautiful apartment in the near future. All the best!

If you want an amazing location in Cancun without all the party crowd, this is the place for you. Amazing view, private pool and beach are just down the steps (steep) from your balcony. And they're an on-site restraunt and bar at the pool. This place isn't fancy, but the view and pool make it well worth the price.

Logement conforme à la description. Jorge était très réactif aux messages et de bon conseil. Le logement sentait très bon. La lumière du jour entre très tôt dans le logement et l’appartement n’est pas insonorisé correctement.. mis à part cela, le logement était très bien et les instructions très clair.

tout était parfait juste le lit de places etait trop petit, les nuits ont ete difficiles et les chaises ne sont pas en bon état sinon l'appartement était propre est conforme aux descriptions. très bonne communication avec Gaby. je reviendrai si je passe a cancun

Gran lugar para quedarse, vecindario tranquilo, el departamento es cómodo y hay varios lugares cerca. La comunicación con Luis fue muy rápida y amable en todo momento.

I’ve stayed at Maria’s place three times already, and every time has been perfect. The apartment is very clean, bright, and exactly as described. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay — from kitchenware to all the little details that make a difference. Maria is a wonderful host: always available, attentive, and very kind. I especially appreciate the convenient and safe location — a quiet neighborhood with everything nearby: shops, cafes, and public transport. It truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

El lugar es bonito, hay un Oxxo muy cerca y está muy cerca de zona hotelera y de las salidas a férrea si planeas salir a isla mujeres. La zona es tranquila y el departamento súper cuidado, todo funciona y cumple con lo indica. El encargado siempre estuvo al pendiente por cualquier tema. Solo como sugerencia estaría padre un poco más de tupper o refractarios para cocinar.

Excelente ubicación si vas al centro de Cancún. El departamento muy amplio y muy bien equipado. Muy cómodas las 3 terrazas para tomar el sol. Un bonito plus la pantalla de la sala.

Veronica was an outstanding host! She was extremely attentive and proactive to all of our needs. Her place was in excellent condition and in a desirable part of town (Puerto Cancun). I highly recommend staying at her place!

The place looks just like the pictures; security does a great job at limiting access to strangers. The common areas are always clean, easy access to public transportation. The Coffee shop inside the community has great food and service.

Me and my wife had an amazing time in cancun, this is an amazing place to stay if you ever visit cancun. High recommended. Karla was very nice, her place is very clean, and she is just an amazing person. Beautiful and immaculate. Very well stocked kitchen spices coffee condiments. If you enjoy cooking it is very well equipped. We really felt like welcomed guests. Mango cafe and caribbean garden are within a few minutes walk. Highly recommend. Gorgeous views!!!

My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.

Had a great stay in Eva's airbnb which was family friendly. We loved the pool was was heated and clean as well as the wildlife. The apartment was clean, perfect for our family with travel cot available. Overall we recommend

Loft con acceso a playa muy bonito, la alberca muy bonita y tener el restaurante ahí mismo fue muy útil, todo muy rico. Una ventaja fue tener el servicio de lavandería del hotel con costo extra. La cercanía con el aeropuerto ayudó mucho para no complicarse la salida y en el transporte público se puede llegar al centro fácil y barato. La playa aunque con mucho oleaje tiene zonas donde se puede estar sin problema además de que el loft queda cerca de otras playas públicas. Mariana siempre contestó rápido y de forma educada y resolviendo muy bien las dudas y solicitudes. Muchas gracias por todo.

Me and my fam were in town for a wedding. We flew in early and use this location. Party of six all were elated by the breathtaking views. Everything was walking distance. No one was rude. The restaurant had good authentic Spanish food. I will highly recommend this location. Next time I’m in I’ll be utilizing it again. Thanks again David for accommodating us.

En general uan estancia muy agradable, la comunicación con Anthony muy rápida y accesible. Nos dio oportunidad de hacer check in y check out con un poco de tolerancia y en general fue muy amable. La ubicación está perfecta y sobre todo la forma de transportarse, hay bus 24 horas y super seguro, te da la tranquilidad de poder salir sin temor a que pase algo. La alberca muy limpia, todo el tiempo están pasando los guardias a ver que todo esté en orden y la playa por fortuna con muy poquito sargazo (que ya estaba fuera del mar) te permite meterte al mar y disfrutar de los tonos del mar :) Como consejo para un tema que ya no está bajo la responsabilidad de Anthony, pero que seguro les servirá a próximos huéspedes, en caseta son un poco estrictos, pedimos comida por UberEats y a veces sí los dejaban pasar y en otras ocasiones no, por lo que les sugiero pedir el teléfono al guardia para notificarle de la llegada de servicios. y que no tengan que salir a la caseta a recoger sus pedidos ;)
